I wish there could have 0-star option. I went the location to add cash to my CaptialOne account. The process is very simple (I did it previously at the same location): I use the CaptialOne app to generate a bar code, they just need to scan the bar code and check if the amount of cash to be added agrees with the amount from the bar code. To my surprise, none of the 3 staff members there want to do it, they wait there doing nothing until the expiration of the bar code. This is actually my 2nd failed experience in the past couple of weeks, so frustrating!

Today, I went to CVS and guess …. Michael is still there; nothing has been changed. Approximately one month ago, I had “interesting” experience with Michael…. He is extremely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. I was very shocked, that this person is actually a pharmacist and works with customers/ people.
Next day, I called CVS headquarters, spent 45 minutes getting the right person, submitted complain and asked for the case #. Also, I asked person on the phone to read Google reviews related to Michael and she did it. She assured me, that in the next two weeks, I would get the call back. I was so naive, that I will be getting calls. None, nothing after waiting a month. Today, I went to CVS and guess… Michael is still there; nothing has been changed.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with CVS Pharmacy, specifically with pharmacist Michael. When I called to inquire about my prescription, he was not only rude but also accused me of having a fake prescription and refused to fill it. He claimed to have called my doctor's office to confirm, which turned out to be a lie. Moreover, his behavior made me feel discriminated against, possibly due to my Hispanic heritage. After reaching out to my doctor's office myself, they confirmed the validity of my prescription, and within an hour of their intervention, my prescription was ready at CVS. It's unacceptable for CVS to employ individuals who engage in discriminatory behavior and display such unprofessionalism. I cannot believe anyone handling patients and medication speaks to people like this. CVS needs to address this issue promptly to ensure the integrity of their services and the respect for their customers

Minute clinic was great. Was told medicine would be immediately transferred over and I can have my 3 year old get her medications quickly. This was not the case. The pharmacist claimed to not have received the the prescription for over 20 minutes and then when I asked about the status he told me to wait an additional 20 minutes with an attitude and another snotty response. I said ok , my daughter is tapped out can we just transfer the prescription ? Again with the attitude and “ no, you have to call.” Sat and wasted 40 minutes with a 3 year old and met with attitude and condescension. Had I been a Karen and asked for the manager instead of trying to be reasonable maybe I would’ve received better service or less attitude

Michael should be fired, I see from another review that I’m not the only one that feels this way. I get my RX there monthly. This month I received a text that there was a copay. I have a coupon in the system from the manufacturer that applies every month and makes it a $0 copay. I called before I went to get the RX and asked the very rude lady on the phone to confirm my insurance. She wouldn’t take 2 minutes on the phone to look at my insurance. She said it had to be done in person, which is a joke because they rush you at pick up. I insisted that she take a look to prevent any issues at pick up since my 75 year old husband was picking up for me. Acting extremely annoyed, she looked and said they had the correct insurance and the manufacture’s coupon for a $0 copay. I got to the drive thru (didn’t want to send my husband because of how rude they were) and the guy at the drive thru said I had to get out of line because the $0 copay was not entered. I’ve picked up this RX several times before and it was always applied and I called in advance and was told they had everything correct in their system. I said I didn’t want to get out of line because the I’d have to come back and wait in line again. Then Michael, the rudest Pharmacist ever, tells me I have to get out of line or he’s calling the police. It was their mistake and it was a one minute fix. I didn’t give them anything new. It was properly applied the last 2 times I’ve picked up the RX. I told him I wasn’t getting out of line and stop arguing and please just give me my RX. He threatened and intimidated me and told me he was calling the police if I didn’t get out of line. I then pulled out of line crying and he called literally one minute later saying it was ready, He did that just to intimidate, humiliate and embarrass an older woman. I can’t decide if the hatred coming from this pharmacist was directed at me because I am a woman, or because he saw my Star of David necklace. Or maybe he’s just a hateful person who attacks and threatens local senior women. It was their error and I was willing to wait the one minute for them to fix it. Instead he forced me to drive out of line just to call me 60 seconds later saying it was ready. That was vicious. No apology during the phone call either. I asked who the manager was and he snickered and said she’s not in until Monday. CVS should read the feedback on these reviews. The employees clearly hate their jobs and despise the customers. I called another local pharmacy and they were delightful on the phone, took their time taking my insurance and were kind. Michael is a disgrace. All he had to do was say they had a computer error and they’d be right back with the corrected RX. Instead he harassed and humiliated an older woman and made me exit the drive thru line just to call a minute later to come back.

Too bad you can't give 0 stars. I would. The pharmacy is frequently out of drugs. They mess up the orders and make a tangled mess of the prescriptions. Beyond all that, the people are rude in the pharmacy. It appears they all hate working there. After a year of frustration, we have moved our prescriptions to another location. I would definitely not recommend this pharmacy.

I would do 0 stars if I could. Michael should be fired. Extremely rude. Was asking about an update on my anxiety meds and we were discussing how it would have to be out of pocket and how many I wanted . My mom spoke previously to them and I heard the price of $30 so I assumed it would be that but he must of gave me the price for double those pills because I didn’t know how many it was for. Anyway I was like oh yeah I can’t afford that , how much for $30? ( because a different pharmacist gave me that price last time ) and he says something like ( I can’t remember exact it threw me off gaurd and I was already having anxiety for the call ) “ I don’t know why you think this is a Cancun resort. You cannot barter with me “ I was in disbelief. I wasn’t bartering I was asking a question to the pharmacist about my prescription ?!?! Who talks to someone like that ?!?! That obviously triggered a panic attack for me … HELLO IM PICKING UP A N X I E T Y meds. So I start to cry and say that was really rude and. I’m picking up my anxiety meds and I have trouble on the phone etc well I couldn’t finish cuz he tried to shut me up and was like ok!!!! And said something I don’t even remember , I ended up hanging up because I couldn’t even believe how I was being treated especially while crying.Mind you I was having anxiety because I called yesterday and they were mean. Guess it’s not a one off.
