For a place that should be open 24 hours a day and fails to do so.. date 7/20/2024 @1:16am not only that I have encountered many unpleasant moments with the store since the management changed but have dealt with multiple instances where they were closed when I needed something. 7/11 supposed to be the reliable store available 24 hours 7 days a week and yet Newtown 7/11 in one of possibly the richest neighborhoods of the state can't provide for its residents at all hours of the night. Wawa would fit better at this corner in Newtown At least I would be able to spend my American dollars [in which are losing strength in the world] at an American business and feed myself. This current location in my opinion has lost all my respect. And I'm a local. But what's my opinion anyways.

Former employee of this place, never paid me for my time there, tried to tell me they needed my bank routing numbers and that they couldn’t cut my a check because of the corporate system, but this store is a franchise, NOT owned by corporate. The owner had ignored my multiple calls and texts to give him said information and blocked my number. If you have kids looking for a first job or anyone looking for work, DO NOT WORK HERE THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU IF THEY DONT FEEL LIKE IT

⚠️ disgustingly dirty! ⚠️this place has always been known to be the runt of the area. for a bit their act was cleaned up and now they’re back to being a filthy dump. I made the mistake of going in this morning for a bagel and they were all old, hard and MOLDY. i let the cashier, who was having a private conversation of his cell phone while helping customers know and his response was a simple smile. it’s a major health & safety issue and I’m sure the food inspectors that survey the area wouldn’t be pleased to hear about moldy food being out for sale. nontheless, I will never be back unless it’s an earth shattering emergency and wouldn’t recommend anybody going here because clearly, it’s unsanitary.

Absolutely filthy ! Not only that but the customer service is horrible . The cashiers ,which I believe are the owners now act as if they are doing you a favor at the register . It's terrible every single time .

I went to purchase water which was priced at $2.49 at the register it rang up $3.99 because they had the item mislabeled. I asked the manager to give me the price it's under in the fridge and she would not. I come here at least 3x a week....no longer will spend anything in this location!

LOVE THE NEW SWISS COFFEE MACHINES. Great place for morning coffee. Friendly staff are always keeping the place clean and stocked.
