I get a prescription for rosacea, when there are gaps I get flare ups that are very difficult to get under control again. Because I got it by mail they were unwilling to work with me on simply placing the order 2 days earlier so that I didn’t have to skip days. They said if I placed it early I couldn’t use the coupon making the price go from $60 to $600. I switched to Wegmans pharmacy and they are very accommodating.

This pharmacy was recommended by my dermatologist. They cancelled my prescription after charging me for it. They then proceeded to send it to a sister pharmacy who then charged me a second time for even more than the first prescription without my consent. I never even opened the text with the pharmacy link to order it they just processed it, and charged my account. I left explicit instructions that I wouldn't be ordering the medicine until the first order was refunded, however I was charged first thing the following morning for the prescription anyway. Honestly this is one of the worst experiences I've had with a pharmacy.

We needed a retinol creme from the dermatologist. They were fast and better priced than insurance copay (50% less).
Added bonus, really nice people that work inside. I’ll drive 30min for the service, savings and nice German bakery next door!

Woman in pink and big glasses was talking about me today in Spanish as I was waiting to get my script filled. She I guess assumed I didn’t know what she was saying and was joking to another girl while checking me out. It’s really disgusting to know that this great pharmacy has representatives like this. I won’t be returning and will be letting people know.

Fantastic customer service! I had to get two prescriptions filled very quickly. Leah (spelling?) reviewed all of my options over the phone to ensure I received the lowest prices. I encountered traffic and arrived 5 minutes before closing and the clerk and pharmacist cheerfully prepared my prescriptions on the spot and I was on my way in 3 minutes. Amazing!
