Great experience!!! Dave was the rep that helped us. He had truck ready when we got there he was personable and professional. We left a phone and called the office and he went above and beyond to get it back to us. You f you need a truck see Dave!!

Me and my girlfriend used this company for a move and I dont like criticizing independently owned businesses but this place could use some improvement. We were told on the phone they could provide a furniture dolly and moving blankets when we booked only to find out when we arrived they didn't have any so we had to drive to another uhaul location to rent them which was a hassel. The van we rented was pretty beat up and had a lot of damage which was not already stated when you initially had to assess the vehicle. The man behind the counter also seemed confused and gave me two sets of keys.

I was waiting in office no one was there, asked people around out of the office if they know where is he. Someone pointed at him he was hanging around instead of caring clients. I got him and ask him that will you come to office ? He said that i need to go to office and wait him. So it turned out that he gave car 25 min later then what it suppose to be. Disrespectful service

These guys are big time crooks. They lie and steal your money and play ignorant when exposed. I bought 3 glass packing kits for $12.99 each. The signage on these kits indicated the corresponding boxes would be included free on charge. The boxes themselves (printed on the box) indicated the boxes were free if purchased with glass packing kits. Nevertheless the store clerk charged me an additional $17.55 ($5.85 each) for 3 boxes. I pointed out the discrepancy but the clerk just didn't care. I asked for his name but the store clerk refused to tell me. They describe themselves as a neighborhood dealer - drug dealers are more honest and upstanding. They could care less about our neighborhood. They just want to cheat you out of your money anyway they can. Watch what you sign. Watch what you buy. Watch what they charge you. It's all dishonest. These guys don't belong in our neighborhood. They guys don't deserve to be in business in our neighborhood. These guys should be out of business, not in business. We shouldn't patronize them.

I waited an hour for my truck. I'd made a reservation weeks prior and when I finally got to the counter the clueless employee told me he assigned my truck to someone else and I'd have to pay more for a bigger one if I wanted a truck at all. Not only that, they didn't have a single furniture pad (I had ordered two dozen) and the employee just laughed it off. I didn't get as much as an apology. Avoid this place like the plague.

Wanda, Ryan, and Vince helped me get an auto hauler for an Audi that I bought in Reno while I was on vacation. They were very friendly and respectful. I believe it was Vince who noticed my bent rim on my truck. Could of easily balanced it to make a quick buck but told me it was bent which shows their level on honesty. Thanks guys!

I rented a uhaul for 24 hours had to give them 100.00 cash up front for $19.99 per day after pick up l receive a email stating l had to have truck back at 11 pm that evening. I was finished moving but l took the truck back after 3 hours filled the tank up .l picked up truck in afternoon had it 3 hours and got back $20.00 because the owner was greedy and didnt write the computer order properly. I lost time and money he refuses to refund my funds because he is a greedy and not from USA. Very Disappointed and upset.Contacting main office to report his way of handling UHaul transactions.F Helman

I utilized a UHaul for a move. At first, I put in a reservation online and received an order number. The morning of I go there to check in and it was an incredibly inefficient system. The clerk had to take in my contact and card info again, so it begs the questions whether or not the online reservation/order was helpful. Moving on, the facility lacked COVID precautions. It was a host of violations stemming from lack of protective barriers and recirculated air in a confined space. One of the employees was not wearing any face covering and interacting within 2 feet of a second employee. The second employee originally had a covering on but took it off to drink their iced coffee as they were tending to my order. Needless to say, I took my own precautions to keep my face mask on and stand at minimum 6 feet away from any of the employees. Moreover, I had originally reserved a 15' box truck and the employee brought one out to me. I go in only to find that the engine light was blinking. That speaks to the lack of quality assurance protocols in place for this site. When I asked for a replacement, there were only 10' box trucks. I shouldn't even ask if each truck were sanitized or disinfected prior to my receiving because I doubt it (there was rubbish in the second truck when we got in). My experience here can be summarized as startling and frustrating. The lack of quality assurance/quality control of the rentals, the disregard for COVID precautions, and the poor operationalization of their online check in (which is marketed to save time). In total, what was supposed to be a streamlined process, turned out to be a 40 minute ordeal. Giving two stars because the employee was able to substitute the truck at a moment's notice.

Having rented from this place for my move into the neighborhood and again for a pickup for a large Home Depot run, the online booking, pickup/drop off and billing both times was simple and smooth and I will happily go back the next time I am in need of a large vehicle. Moving sucks and is stressful which leads a lot of these places to have bad reviews (also unlikely to say anything if everything goes to plan). Maybe what makes this a five star experience is walking across the street for a beer at Gilman Brewing after but that's just me.

I went online and reserved truck a week in advance. I was then called within hour of pickup time to say they sold out of truck and where I could go to get a truck from someone else. The place they sent me, Doherty's Truck rental, was great. They also told me the other location has stopped renting trucks at all. Which means they are taking false reservations, holding them until day of rental and then trying to switch you to other business. Dishonest and Stupid. I did call UHaul and the inventory manager was supposed to get back to me, but never did.

The service was slow. We were given a truck with broken glass in the back. It was empty of gas and we were reimbursed for filling the tank at a rate that is less than what gas costs.

As my husband and I were moving, we needed to rent 15' U-Haul's over time. We found U-Haul manager, Garrett Pearson and his crew to go above and beyond in the help they gave us to make our trips go smooth. We had a need to move 2 vehicles at different times and without having any experience at this, Garrett instructed us to adhere to the 55 mph driving limit for safer driving, how to take curves and unload the vehicles at our new home. which worked well and destressed our trip. Trucks were reliable and comfortable. We needed help loading one of the last truck rentals and Garrett turned us onto movers that tightly loaded the truck within 3 hours. Thank you Garrett, Vince & Ryan, for all you do, we appreciated it all.

Watch your bill after you leave. They tacked on an additional 2 gallons of gas to my bill at over $4 a gallon. I returned it with the same amount of gas as I left with. Got scammed.
