Hands down worst trip to a getgo. Stopped in to get food really quickly and placed my order at the screen and it said "error see manager" so I assumed it just didn't print my slip, went to the check out like let them know what happened the lady seemed upset at me and the other lady was like well why didn't you try another one. Like I was supposed to know that It didn't take my order both seemed as if I was bothering them and it was my fault so I walked out. It wasn't my fault there equipment was faulty. Unfortunately sheetz for the win today....

If you like waiting for an employee to acknowledge your existence this is the store for you. Often times in the morning you can find no employees at the register waiting up to 10 minutes for someone to come from in the back of the store. Worry not you’ll also be talked to like you are a nuisance animal.

All i'm saying is if they dont fix every single gas pump with a red tag on it then they will lose alot of business. The pumps only go a few cents before they shut off and it takes 10 times longer to pump gas. I suggest going down the street to sheetz instead to avoid it

Thank you for the “Angel” at New Stanton’s GetGo Cafe & Market. Just when we needed a kind word, a thoughtful gesture and a hot cup of coffee/tea this young lady gave us all that and we the Zeta Amicae of Princeton-Trenton & our Zeta FriendZ of Epsilon Xi Zeta “thank you”.

I stopped in the getgo in New Stanton (119 Bair Blvd. )to use the atm. The atm gave me a receipt but did not dispense any cash. I told a getgo employee about it and the manager happen to be behind the counter with her back turned to me. She told the cashier to tell me that I needed to call citizen bank( the bank for the atm). She continued that getgo had nothing to do with the atm machine. She had no consideration for the fact that I was out a large sum of money. She finished with instructing the cashier to put up an out of order sign on the atm because someone else complained earlier about the same thing. I called citizens bank, they told me since It was not a citizens bank account that I had to open a claim with the institution for the card used in the atm. I called my card customer service and they opened a claim and told me it could take up to 45 days for the claim to be resolved. I WILL NEVER GO TO GETGO AGAIN. Shame on the manager and her lack of concern for a customer. I've been a convenience store manager for over 10 years and I would have at the very least had the courtesy to take the customer to the side and apologize for the inconvenience and provided them with the appropriate phone number to call.

This location is poorly managed. If you attempt to purchase anything in the evening or at night, you'll have difficulty finding an employee. I've had to put my items back and drive to sheetz, because the employees disappear. It is not this way during the daylight hours.
