We bought an Atlas 5100 mattress and adjustable base from Jerry. It did not take long to receive order. The reassurance that we were buying a quality made USA mattress meant a lot to us. Delivery day was top notch service! Jerry and his helper, Cameron set the entire bed and base up for us and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Our new mattress is so comfy and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new one!

Bought "old" bed+ furniture from them years ago ('14ish) recently just purchased new,double king adjustable. Jerry has been a huge help,even with attempting to go fully on line. Greatly appreciated Jerry. Sad to see Sleighters go. Been a staple in New Oxford since I was in high school ('99)

I purchased a lift chair from Slaughter's about 6 months ago. Ordered on a Sat it was delivered out of town (no delivery charge) set up tested and old chair removed that same week. I had a small problem with the chair Yesterday the lift had stopped working. By being disabled I could not get under the chair to see what the problem was. I called and left a message my phone call was returned later yesterday evening an Mr. Slaughter (3rd generation owner) was here and fixed the problem today. What a proud 75 year tradition of excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing lift chairs, mobility scooters or bedding. 5 Stars is not enough to rater them. There pricing is better than anyone else in the area.

We purchased a lift chair for my father and were very pleased with the service we received. Mr. Sleighter was willing to stay a few minutes after closing time so my Dad was able to try the chair to see if it would work. We are very grateful for this small act of kindness to help him.

I ordered a chair to be delivered to the nursing home where my mother lives. The 2 men that delivered it were terrific. They had to take it thru the whole building to get to her room. They helped look for an outlet, (not as easy as you might think) they set it up, and took her old worn out chair away. I highly recommend sleighters! ??

I had several failed attempts from Amazon to find the right control for my UltraComfort (Golden) lift chair. I called Sleighters and was put in touch with Jerry. He researched what I needed and found he had the right control in his stock. His follow-up, knowledge, and timeliness is outstanding! I received the proper control quickly and it worked perfectly. I had an issue with a recliner sofa. I called and spoke to Jerry who had me take a picture of the problem, then called me back and talked me through the issue. Now THAT is how customer service should work!!
