Speedy Furniture will give you a piece of damaged furniture, and then tell you that you are responsible for paying to replace it. When I went into the store in Lower Burrell looking for a loveseat, I was told that their policy was to beat their competitor's price by 20%. Naturally, I decided to purchase the loveseat from them. Fast forward a few weeks, and the loveseat came with a big tear where the cushion connects to the back. I called to tell them about it & was told to email a picture of the damage. They then told me they would order a replacement for me. I emailed back saying I had just moved (hence the furniture shopping) & had no way of picking up the loveseat myself/dropping off the old one. Conveniently, I never heard back, until I received a call that the loveseat had come in. The employee told me that I would have to either come pick it up myself, or I'd have to pay over $100 to get it delivered. I seriously thought he was joking at first; they send me a piece of damaged furniture, and suddenly it's my responsibility to pay to have it replaced?? The employee told me he would "figure something out," and then we waited for an entire month after that. At one point, we called to get an update and were told that the discount we received was a "mistake" and that they "made no money from the sale." I guess it was a way of saying that we should be grateful for the damaged piece of furniture & shouldn't inconvenience them so much by wanting to know whether or not it will be replaced! I honestly cannot believe how completely unprofessional that was, but I guess that's what I get for going to a "discount store." After a month, I finally got a replacement. But overall, what an awful experience. My advice: spend a little more money and go somewhere that *actually* cares about customer satisfaction.

I ordered a bedroom set from Speedy Furniture Lower Burrell. While I was in the store the staff was extremely helpful. They walked me through all my options and took the time to answer all of my questions. My furniture came in “speedy” time and was delivered but two pleasant gentlemen. The furniture is absolutely beautiful and well made. The one dresser did have a weird spot of paint on the front. I contacted the store and they immediately ordered me a new dresser but continued to let me use the one I initially had until my new one came in. I will definitely be ordering more furniture from Speedy Furniture Lower Burrell!

I visited Speedy Furniture in search of a dining room table and chairs. I left with the table and chairs, modular sofa, and a king mattress! The furniture is durable, stylish, and affordable. Louis was extremely helpful in finding the furniture that would best fit my space and lifestyle. The delivery time was quick, and the delivery team was friendly and assembled all our furniture in record time. It was a great experience all around. I'll be back for future furniture needs. Highly recommend!

So, first off, not speedy. Had to get items delivered piecewise. and yup 2 delivery fees and would have been more if things hadn’t worked out at the end. It was nearly 6 months from when I placed the order until I got my last item.I do love the items I have and their selection is nice but when you have no furniture and need it urgently, this isn’t the place for you.

We ordered a couch through the phone with Mike as the physical store was closed due to the pandemic. We used online to search and read reviews. He was soooo nice, extremely helpful, and I just enjoyed the customer experience with him. I will definitely continue to shop here. Also, the delivery drivers were so nice as well and super quick getting everything set up. I highly recommend them and absolutely love my couch. It is an Ashley Furniture design and extremely well made and comfortable.
