The facility is spotless, climate controlled, secure and well kept! I really appreciated the equipment that was on hand to help load and offload. Would recommend!

We had a great experience with Earl’s Court. We needed extra storage that could be easily accessed. And that’s what we got. It was very clean. I felt safe going anytime. They also had carts to use, which made it very convenient for picking up and dropping off. The communication was clear. I opted for texts and I loved it because each month I always knew when we were being charged and how much. I highly recommend this place.

We are renting 2 units to help our son store his belongings until he finds an apartment. The website is extremely user-friendly and we were able to rent after only a few minutes on the site. The manager is highly responsive to any questions. The units are very clean, brightly lit, and secure in addition to being climate controlled. We are very happy and feel fortunate to have found this facility. Thank you!

The units are spotless and safe! We used ours beginning 10/11/2021 and cleaned out 10/28/21, and turned over beginning 10/29/21. We are being charged a prorated amount for first month and are being charged full month for second month, which seems unreasonable. A half-month for second month would be reasonable as not even one day in that month is being used. Storage units are hard to come by and am certain they will have another renter in that time thereby collecting double rent for same time period. In all fairness, we did not give 10 days notice to vacate, which, when we signed up, we asked, and the girl we spoke with did not know if there was a time period- however, it is in the contact we signed, so beware of this, but that still does not justify not prorating second month.
