Absolute horror. Xpo the condescending god of trucking that talks and treats outside drivers like good little dogs. Must be union vibes. Did a favor and took someone else's recovery load at a cut rate. 3 days of hard driving to deliver get handed my signed copy but without an extra page which means no pay. What a coincidence. I'm out $1500. Never again, karma. No good deed goes unpunished!

The workers are very, very stingy in their kindness, due to illness I cannot use the toilet outside, I had to use the bathroom inside due to illness, but a woman and a man came running to me As if I killed a person, but it’s not convenient for me to talk about the disease, let God give them the same disease, and let them be treated the same way as they treat others. Amen!!

Don’t let any broker lie to you about live unloads and appointment times.They do not live unload or honor appointment times, even though your appointment time is on your paperwork in BOLD print.You will have to drop your trailer, bobtail 8 miles to the closest truckstop (because you cannot stay on their property)Then wait 7+ hours for them to call you when you’re empty to drive back to the terminal to pick up your empty trailer.My preplanned load now has to be cancelled and I can’t pickup my next load for another 24 hours because all freight in the area has been booked today

I would never deliver to New Columbia, PA XPO ever again. These super carriers are the worst. No where to park, truck stops make you want to puke, and the employees are the worst people. Drivers, drive thousands of miles, sit in the cold and there is no consideration for our expertise. XPO drivers and personnel are extremely rude. Use to be a cool place 7 or 8 years ago. In the present drivers need to find out if they are coming to NEW COLUMBIA XPO AND CHARGE MORE FOR ALL OF THIS LIMBO TREATMENT.

Ive always had great experience at XPO depots and this was no exception. Friendly and professional, they got me loaded very quickly. I wish I could do more business with them.
