i have literally never been somewhere with this much incompetence. not sure they’re even being trained at this point considering how little they know and how many mistakes are made. just take the trip to boardman and save yourself so much time.

Husband went into this location tonight to buy a new phone. Was told the process took too long and the store was only open 30 more mins. ? The employee proceeded to tell us that "it ain't a corporate store, and I don't get paid after we close...you can do it online"

By far the worst customer experience I've ever had and that's saying something. A gentleman identifying himself as Chris and claiming to be the manager this past Sunday at 4:30 pm needs a lot of training, Or possibly a new vocation. He was rude and when I came in with a technical issue. Told me it must be a software problem and could not help me. When I asked what my options were he said there were none. I asked to speak to the manager he claimed to be the manager. He then told me to leave I did and made a complaint to customer service I doubt it will help I'm switching carriers because of that person.

I swear nobody at this store knows what they're doing. I’ve had issues since my grandfather passed and getting the account under my name and social and they just changed the name on the account and sent me on my way. Im still trying to fix this and have just gone to another t-mobile store to work on this because theres clearly no help for me here. Getting told I have to come back when a manager is in for an issue that should be able to be resolved is annoying when you work all week and the manager never seems to be in. Train your employees properly.

Came into the store today to request help with switching over my phone to T-Mobile. After explaining my situation, the retail store manager was dismissive and stated I should just talk to customer service. Wouldn’t even give me a number to call. Felt like staff was burdened by having to communicate with me as a customer and did not get my problem solved...

They need to close this store--it is doing fraudulent bussiness--store managers name is apparently Matt--th ey are not issuing legitimate refunds due to the customers & probably keeping the money --they refuse to rectify the problem both store & customer service--its been over a month & no refund- they got the phone back which i never used t & are trying to charge me for a month of service I never used because they couldn't get my phone number ported to the new phone--buyers beware of shopping here if you get a problem it will never be resolved & you will be out --had to give one star to write review but erase that star
