Never come to this location they don't really help they are just focusing on commission and force to sign up for autopay and phone insurance. Poor experience.very unprofessional and unreliable store. Would not recommend anyone to come here. After waiting almost half n hour didn't get any help at all.

My experience at this boost mobile store was extremely disappointing. I expected better customer service, higher product quality, and fair pricing. Unfortunately, I got none of that. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative stores for their phone needs, as this one left me with a sense of regret and frustration. I attempted to address these issues with the store's customer service, but my concerns fell on deaf ears. They offered no solutions, and it was clear that they were not interested in rectifying the situation or addressing my dissatisfaction. The first issue I encountered was with the customer service. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an employee who seemed disinterested and unhelpful. When I asked questions about the available phones and their features, I received uninformative responses. It felt like they were more interested in talking to their coworker than assisting customers.

My overall experience at Boost Mobile Mill Street New Castle was extremely disappointing. The combination of store, unhelpful and disinterested staff, outdated product selection, and high prices left me utterly dissatisfied. It was a complete waste of my time, and I left the store feeling frustrated and empty-handed. I hope my review serves as a warning to others. It's clear that it has a long way to go in terms of customer service and product selection. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future and not to this location. There was no exceptional service to speak of. No one on the staff went out of their way to help or guide me. I was left to navigate the confusing array of phones and accessories on my own. my shopping experience was frustrating and time-consuming. The staff made no effort to assist me in choosing a phone, and It felt like they couldn't care less whether I made a purchase or not. The store's appearance was far from impressive. It was cramped, poorly lit, and cluttered. It gave off an unprofessional and disorganized vibe. I inquired about repair services, but the staff seemed unsure if they even offered such services. This lack of information was baffling. This store lacks the basic elements of customer service and product quality. They had a limited range of phones, and most of them were older models. It felt like they were trying to sell outdated inventory instead of keeping up with current technology trends.

Worst "help" I've ever had. Counter person was more than happy to take my all money when i needed my phone screen replaced. But was not quite as helpful when i came back no more than a month later when their knockoff screen malfunctioned and only half of it worked. Never helped me with anything I needed to do with my phone

I wish I could give this store a negative star, I have Boost and had a simple transaction and 1st the guy took someone else who just walked in n jumped to the counter which was extremely rude on both parties then all he kept trying to do was sell me another phone amd wouldn't listen to what I had to say. My friend who needed his phone fixed asked him and he said no u need to buy a new phone he was very rude, unprofessional, and knew nothing about Boost Mobile.

I love coming here everyone is always so helpful in assisting with my needs. I have prepaid internet through xfinity however it's been getting slower. Does anyone know if I have to get a replacement, or buy more mb.

I’m a new customer. My boost mobile account is less than 48 hours old and I’ve already had to follow up with both customer care and another store to fix the botched activation that happened at the downtown store new castle . I’m debating canceling my account because of my experience on boarding at this store. There were issues that are clearly a result of bad internal practice for boost mobile, but the representative not only neglected to properly activate my SIM card but failed to assist me in choosing a plan that best met my needs when I was very specific. The team at boost mobile store in walmart plaza were more professional and better at communicating my options. They are the only reason I didn’t cancel the account. If my experience onboarding is representative of the boost mobile customer experience, this isn’t a good sign.
