Updated from 1 star to 5, thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service I just experienced from Carri today! She went over & above assisting me. I was unable to enter store to pick up my order. Not only did she bring order out to me curbside, but whilst filling my fluid she noticed another issue- She notified me of issue, searched inventory- found the part I needed, handled the transaction & replaced part all within a few minutes. THANK YOU Carri for caring about your customers, this will be my go-to spot from now on instead of Advanced Auto. And thank you Auto Zone, for hiring way better employees since my prior review so long ago.

I walked into the store looking like a deer in headlights because I know absolutely nothing about cars, Kyleigh was super friendly and helpful helping me find the correct oil and oil filter for my 2019 Chevy equinox (I didn’t even know what an oil filter was) Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with me! Great job Kyleigh!

Kyleigh is very knowledgeable she help me find the right parts for my car!! She saw me looking clueless when I was trying to find windshield wipers and she help me on the spot. She’s very knowledgeable knows everything about car parts and my car problems.

People always helpful and friendly, like them for basic things like chemicals etc. or if I need a part today.There priced,I have found to be almost three times ( in some cases) of what you can gay through mail order. The are like the convenience store of Auto parts.

Black magic tire wet pump spray doesn't mist, it comes out in a jet stream, poor coverage and gets all over rims, have to rag it off.

I just drove up from Florida and I needed two fuses for my 2013 Ford Escape. I asked the man if he could help me and his response was "All the fuses are over there" pointing to the aisles of fuses. He said if I go pull the fuses out then show him. I said the reason why I am here is for you to help me get the right ones. And all he said is that he is there until 9PM ... WHATEVER HAPPENED TO PEOPLE WITH COURTESY
