“I went to Rick to fix my piercings I got two years ago that never healed right. Rick let me know that he didn’t want to just switch my jewelry out because it could aggravate the piercings and make it worse. He said to give it time to heal and maybe consult with a doctor and then come back when everything was better.I appreciated his candor and his explanations of the difference between a piercing bump and a keloid as well as his recommendations on how to care for it.He could have just put a new piece of jewelry in, taken my money, and called it a day, but he cared more for my health than making a quick buck. I will definitely be back when I’m all healed!”
