They stopped what they were doing, diagnosed the problem, and replaced our spark plug in the parking lot so my family and I could safely drive the rest of the way. They were not even going to charge us for it but I insisted.”

Not only did he answer his phone on his day off but he purchased many parts that could have been needed to repair our car while he waited for us to be towed to him.
