They owe me my full refund, I bought the guaranteed refund, Anthony made a mistake, I got half my initial amount and nobody has reached it to me, called me, nothing. I've called multiple times!

The first attempt to pick up our returns the receptionist at the desk is not very knowledgeable of what was going on. It came to the point that the manager had to handle it was very frustrated the taxes were not printed out as the receptionist insisted that our taxes were not prepared after we had received a phone call.

Dont go here this place is a joke. I told them I would be in to pay for them to do my taxes. Come to find out the took the payment out of my refund check. Witch cost 39.00$ more then if i payed with my card or cash. Watch out seems they are scamming people for there money.....update this has been solved very quickly from the owner of this place. Thank you joe
