This isn't my regular pharmacy. They had a medication in stock that is back ordered at most other pharmacies around me. I had my script transferred, and they took care of it as if I were a regular customer.I really appreciated Nicole's help.

I ordered a sheet cake, 2 cookie platters, and a cheese tray for my daughters surprise party. I placed the order well in advance. When my friend arrived to pick up the order the bakery couldn't find the cookie trays, the cake looked like it was thrown together last minute, and the cheese try looked half eaten!! There was no choice but to accept the order as it was a surprise party and guests were arriving within the hour! It was such a disappointment. See pictures below!

Slow, miserable deli workers. Not friendly, and specifically Eileen. Mean, Miserable, Not engaging, and the Giant could do better. The deli has been low quality for years now. And a snippy deli manager is ready to jump all over you, if you're unhappy.

I went to the Nazareth, PA store tonight just after 9 pm. I was purchasing what turned out to be $87.77 worth of groceries. Not ONE checkout line was open; only self-checkout was open. I did see employees up front, but I didn't ask them to ring me up. I rang up my own groceries in self-checkout, and on my last item (grapes), my register said that I needed help from an employee and the light started blinking. The three employees that were standing up front by the customer service counter were huddled in a little group. Two of them looked over at different times and clearly saw me. I know, because I was staring at them. After a few minutes of them ignoring me, I had to get their attention and loudly say "excuse me, do you work here?!" Then the blonde female employee came over, put in her little code to make the transaction continue, but didn't say sorry. Her name tag said Vivian. I couldn't get the two other employees' names, but one was a mixed race young man with tall curly hair and the other was a tall gangly young man with light brown hair. I shop at your store regularly and I am so tired of being treated so rudely by your employees. How are you going to apologize to me for this?

I'm so glad the Good Lord led me to this Pharmacy. Thank you Lord!!! The Pharmacists and all the staff are all wonderful human beings. Professional, caring, courteous, helpful, and they take care of all your Pharmaceutical needs. They will do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied and confident that they were treated right and received the proper medications. Again, it's a real blessing for me to be a customer and deal with wonderful and caring human beings who are competent and professional in their jobs. Thank you and God bless you always!!!

Worst Giant in the Area! I have family that works at giant and they say this location is one of the worst for their deli. Every time I come here, the people in the deli are so slow, they always look so freakin angry. And they have no sense of customer service. Their all having their own conversations instead of helping customers out. There's one girl here with piercings on her lip and brow and she's getting an attitude with my pregnant wife and the one older lady in the deli. And this deli kiosk is always out of service!
