Awful pharmacy. They will take several hours to refill your medication after giving you an extremely off estimate. Horrible communication, some of the staff are nice but everything else is severely lacking. They will make you wait for a very long time and the pharmacists have no clue what they’re doing over the phone or on the computer which significantly adds on to your wait time. I’ve received better care at a chain store.

Very kind pharmacy. All staff are always willing to answer questions, take the time to explain things and ensure accuracy. So glad I switched from a larger pharmacy. The staff at True Care really care about people's health and wellness. The pharmacy has a Hallmark movie feel to it and you always leave feeling assured and comfortable, knowing you have accurate information about your prescriptions, as well as had a friendly experience. Overall, an excellent pharmacy. Highly recommended!!

I really want to give them 5 stars because I love some of the staff. They are friendly and helpful. But unfortunately they are constantly messing up medication. They never get it right anymore. They also NEVER call me when I ask them to every single time. I never know if any of my meds are ready or if they’ve been approved. Im constantly calling and being put on hold or shoved to the back burner. Im definitely thinking of switching to mikes pharmacy at this point.

Very friendly staff and they are very quick in refilling my prescription. I think everone should support local business I found my prescription to be cheaper and with no games like big pharmacies. Plus the free delivery is awesome
