Great deals and amazing staff! Detailed signage for sales and knowledgeable staff if I have any questions. Shelves are always stocked and well organized. My only complaint is the number of children not being watched by their parents. I can tell staff does their best to manage it but at the end of the day it’s not a daycare. It makes for a less than pleasant experience at times.

As an employee of this store I find it very disheartening that people are so quick to jump to judgment without even thinking that we are humans as well and we have a lot of customers who come in and disrespect Product we sell as well as the. Employees who work here. We aren’t perfect but we do try our best of that I am sure of as for bathrooms, we do have public bathroom Do you need only asked for the key? I think a lot of people’s problems could be cleared up solved this by asking some simple questions and not thinking that just because Employees are talking about stickers or prices or other things pertaining to our job that we are complaining about you this is not true, I do know one thing thou on our sign. It says that everything is half retail price not half clearance sticker price . If people would remember this, it would make things a lot easier. we do apologize for the misunderstanding But in no way are we trying to lie to any one Believe it or not, we really do actually care about Our customers an hope that Are good reviews outweigh the bad Thank you for your time and have a great day

Super disappointed in this place. The prices used to be great but lately it's the same as brand new products. I won some online auctions and a few things won were ok but some is just basically trash. I won a bin of cards and miscellaneous items and the packages were opened and the trash was left in the bin as if the employees took what they wanted and auctioned off the trash. We knew it was open box but didn't expect a bin of mostly empty packages!!

We used to love shopping at this place. Recently the prices seem high. I found most things pretty much the same price as Wal-Mart or Target. Black friday was over crowded and over priced. no sales and most items the same price weeks later. We started doing the online auctions and found that most things are missing from boxes and inside the boxes are empty. You can't tell me that the employees don't see that the boxes are empty. They are scamming people online with those pictures. They set the bins up with the most expensive looking products on top and fill the rest with trash and junk. The staff lately have also been very rude and ignorant. Won't be making the trip up to shop anymore.

It pains me to witness the decline of a once-beloved store. This place had amazing deals in the past. Unfortunately not anymore. They're practically asking full price if not more. For example I've seen clearance stickers cheaper from target then what their sticker price is.Today I found 4 curtains that were all the same, with different prices. When I approached one of your employees to inquire about the discrepancies, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of assistance. Was told well they are going for much more full price. Why are you conparing old last season items to new full price items? Why am i in your store? Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on this establishment. Additionally, I was astonished to discover that your store does not provide public restrooms. This lack of basic facilities for customers is inconvenient and demonstrates a disregard for their comfort and well-being.Please understand that this review is not intended to be malicious or personal, but rather an honest review of my recent experiences with your business. I sincerely hope the necessary actions are taken to regain the trust and loyalty of customers.

I witnessed an employee being mistreated today at the clothing store location and thought I should say something. It was obvious she was not feeling well and no one seemed to be interested in seeing if she was ok or even sending her home to make sure she was getting rest. I don't want to support a business that makes their employees work while being sick, in my book that is unfair treatment of your employees and dangerous to your customers. Very unprofessional

Not what it used to be. Black Friday is a joke. Prices will still be the same the following week. I can go buy brand new for the price they are selling things, and have a warranty. No returns, you’re supposed to check before you buy. But they have signs all over saying to not open or you’ll be charged?? So not sure how I’m supposed to check if I can’t open anything. No public restrooms, which is great when you have a 2 & 3 year old ? mostly it’s overpriced junk. You can sometimes get a good deal.

This place is very hard to reach. They have the wrong number on fb and on here. They hardly answer on fb. You have to go there if u want something. Some of the stuff is great and some of it isn't. It just depends on what's in stock. It's very hot and there's no restrooms. My biggest complaint is they are hard to reach.

I had won a picture auction on their Crazy Savings Auction Facebook page. It was an Evenflo Gold Revolve 360 that typically retails for about $400 and my bet that won was $250. Somehow the base was missing from it and it was not mentioned in the auction post that the base was missing. I messaged their page as soon as I found out the base was missing. This carseat uses a special base that is specific to the carseat model itself. No universal bases. They ended up getting a whole brand new carseat with the base and I simply had to bring the one missing the base back to the store. No additional charge. Their customer service and quick answering to a situation was phenomenal in this situation.
