The coaches are great and you get your money's worth! Personal attention to form and technique so you get an efficient, safe, and fun workout. Super motivating place. Celebrities and fancy trainers don't have it this great.

If I could give Nat and his crew a 10 stars out of 5 I would. Fantastic environment and zero intimidation. I’ve already recommended TBS to my girlfriend and some of my coworkers!

Wish to rate TBS way higher than 5. This gym is the best thing I do for myself. I am so thankful to find a gym that provides excellent trainers and challenging workouts that push me beyond my limits. I highly recommend Tedesco Body Shop to anyone, any age and skill level. See you at the best gym ever!!!
