I never had any problems with other locations, just this 1. You can't book a time to come, you can just sign in online so if there's no customers waiting they put you next in line whether you're 1 hr away or 1 minute away so if you're an hr away you may as well not even sign in online. I get there at 7:45 & both employees are there with their purses on & walking out the door. I didn't want all the extras just a 10 min trim & they refused service saying they were closed for the night. If they close at 8pm they shouldn't be turning away customers & leaving at 7:45. If they had customers I would've completely understood but to deny me service so they could leave 15 minutes early it was frustrating. Especially since I left work early & drove out of my way to get there before they closed. I've noticed this with a lot of businesses lately though. I guess it's just the new standard.

Alexis M. did such a great job with my haircut, I don't think it's ever looked this good, and she trimmed my beard too. Even though they were busy she took the time to take great care of me and make sure my cut was perfect. I will definitely be back.

Always a great place to get a quick haircut. The girls are always attentive and acknowledge you when you walk in. I rarely ever have to wait but I always check in on the app first. Not sure how I feel about paying $29 for a 6 minute clippers haircut, I paid less at sports clips in Los Angeles and San Jose. The owner must be making a down right killing at those rates, hope they pass it onto their employees because it’s highway Robbery, plain and simple.
