“I really value my PCP at FFM. By far, she's truly the right match for me; she understands me, is up to date on new treatments/therapies, and follows through with her work.I also love and value being seen by an intern (student) at most visits before seeing my PCP. They are a second eye; a second opinion, all in one visit. Although minor in nature, an intern has seen something where my PCP didn't. And, the issue was resolved right there in the office that same day.The office staff are pleasant, but, I don't have the faith in them that I would like to.Scheduling for a follow up appointment (or any appointment) can be (and usually is) a big issue and a hassle. They only schedule out a short time period and they always assure that they will call you to schedule whenever the new schedule rolls out. I've been going to FFM for years now, and this rarely happens (they call you to schedule for the follow up visit).This can be problematic if you already have a tight schedule. By the time you contact them (because they don't contact you), slots in the schedule are already filled and you have limited choices.”

“New patient with Dr. O. My husband and I have been through so many different medical networks trying to find a doctor who will take us seriously. Yesterday, she spent an hour or so with each of us; she is amazing. She didn’t just chalk things up to my weight but helped me find cardiologists and a sleep study that I’ve needed for years. She listened carefully to everything I was saying and helped me find alternatives to dealing with my depression and anxiety. She didn’t push pills on me like other doctors but instead helped me look into healthy alternatives and ways to cope. She also helped me plan some lifestyle changes for my body and mind. She cut off what might be a tumor to send out on my husband’s foot and really listened to his needs. I cannot stress this enough: UPMC and Dr. O went above and beyond helping us yesterday. I’m so happy to finally have found someone who listens and cares. If I could give 10 stars, I would!”
