I had to spend a bit of time at the store one night because my new phone took a while to copy over from my old phone and got to witness Troy go above and beyond with his customers... and several times there were situations that I would've just said "sorry, can't help you"... but he found a way to help, at personal sacrifice to himself. Stopped by on a Saturday and tried to see if he could fix my tv but was unable as it was incorrectly made from the manufacture so the owner had a brand new in box tv exactly the same brand and same size and bought that one. I needed a single stand and not the double feet stand that the new one had. The owner gave me and put together a universal stand and even had to change some things with the stand to make it work and he was excellent. He did everything right then while I was there and I walked away with a brand new tv. He even gave me a discount. I would not go anywhere else except Golden Mile TV in the future. I can't express enough how highly I recommend this place for your tv repairs.”
“My family and I went to the North Versailles AT&T store on 10/14/23. We have been with Verizon for 20 years. My husband and I had iPhone 7s and my son an 11. Verizon was no help to us even though we have been their customers for so many years. My husband had called AT&T and spoke with someone. We decided to just go to the store and see if we can get a better deal with a different carrier. We met Christian. He was very kind and very helpful. He figured out the best deal he could for us and took his time helping us and answering any questions we had. He was even able to get us a discount through the type of occupation I had. We left there with three new phones, 2 iPhon e 14 pro max, and 1 iPhone 14. I suggest if you are looking to switch phone carriers to go with AT&T and to go to their store in North Versailles. I was taken care of by Joshua D.I rushed in 3-5 minutes before closing time because I had broken my phone and needed a new one asap. Even though we were cutting it close, Joshua STILL tended to me when he could’ve easily refused service. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind, he got me set up with my new phone in no time! We were having some trouble accessing my cricket account but Joshua made sure that I was able to open up a new account!
