AUGHHHH!!!!!!!!@@@@@!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DON'T DISCLOSE FEES!!!!!!! WENT IN TO GET A NEW DEBIT CARD TO STOP AN UNAUTHORIZED RECURRING DEBIT BY a cell company. the witch said 5$fee. Then looks at my issue and says she blocked the cell carrier. Never asking my permission or disclosong a fee!!AUGH!!!!!!!!! I was charged a 37$fee!!!!!!!!! augh!!!!!!!!!nbt bank iz the pitzzzzzzzzzzaugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried to ignore. However this is my 3rd incident of subtle hostility by the same person. It's frankly blatant at this point and seriously I do not appreciate it. Other branches, no problems. Mt. Pocono lady appears to have issues with my management of my finances.

The tellers aren't very friendly they are elderly and from my experience not very helpful I did not feel comfortable at all both times I went not even a smile or how are you for me but all smiles with other costumers...all I know is that I closed my account and won't be doing business with them anymore

NBT Bank, Mount Pocono is no longer a CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT. Like many of you, I have been hit hard from the COVID-19 & incredible Inflation. NBT no longer cares about their loyal customers. Marie, Lisa both Mgrs, at NBT no longer help or care how many fees per day, they access their loyal, long term customers who have been banking with NBT for Up to 10 years. Not so long ago I personally would receive a phone call from my branch manager advising me to make a Deposit. What a shame! Looking for recommendations for a CUSTOMER FRIENDLY Bank.

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.

Absolutely the worst!!! They charge random.nsf fees with accounts in good standing and refuse to remove them. A bunch of crooks.
