Wonderful experience via telephone with Jonathan today. Very easy to navigate my issues and get assistance with this guy on the phone. Not too many take the time to get the info and solve the problem. Saved me a lot of running around and confusion looking for the part. Thanks!

Husband went there to get a hose made for his rig and they told him we do not have time for it. It was at 430 close at 6 but doesn't have time. To busy on the computer looking at cars. Mind you there was no one else in the store.

Drove all the way there, they close at 6, was there at 5:50. Only needed something that would take a minte. Dude stood inside and stared at me. What's the point of hour of operation if they do what they want anyway

Went to return some things that I didn't need. Cashier stated that I couldn't return tools that it was listed on the receipt that tools can't be returned. After looking at the receipt and seeing no where on the receipt that it stated tools can't be returned I went to return the items and stated that it is not listed on the receipt. So the store manager came up and tried to come up with another excuse on why I couldn't return the items and having a attitude the whole time. Asking me why did i buy something if I was just going to return it. After all was said and done I was able to return one of the items but this place will definitely try and steal you're money and keep it if you try and return anything.
