We love fostering, the application process to foster went rather quickly even with covid. They called my references, orientation was on a Thursday and by Sunday, we had our first foster pup who was adopted within 2-3 weeks! The volunteers truly love their work and are extremely knowledgeable!

This was a great place that cares and looks after dachshund rescues! In all the people I dealt with, I could see there passion in caring for the dogs. They have their own process for adoption which appears to be unique, but also appears to find loving homes for the dogs.

Founded in 1984 by Bucks County, PA, and New Jersey dachshund lovers, DRBC is a 501 (C)(3) nonprofit organization supported completely by donations. Our all-volunteer organization works tirelessly to provide an experience for both the adopter and adoptee that helps guarantee a perfect match.
DACHSHUND RESCUE OF BUCKS COUNTY & NJ is located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Our rescue program, which has been in existence for almost 40 years, serves the dachshund rescue needs of Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Delaware.
