This is not a Main Line business. Nor do they need to overinflate their prices as their competitors are half the cost . So many reasonable and pet loving veterinarians nearby. Do your research.. this is your child(pet). I could keep going with the things they did that cause SHAME, I just say. Go elsewhere. Enough said

Here is my story.. I was served by Dr Amanda few times and never once resolved any of my cats and kitten problem. She always prescribed the same medicines which cost a lot, my last visit was with newborn kitten and mom.. she said Mom's medicine won't affect kittens but unfortunately one out of 5 died after non stop diarrhea so I called wanted to ask... but she passed to another doctor to call me back! I wanted to talk and ask question to the doctor who served us not another doctor! Even left a clear message to that other doctor that i need to speak to her but she never called back nothing. I call again and ask to speak to her but again disappointed! This is just a great example of how bad a person she is and worst doctor. I meant to find a reason and more to educate ourself of how this best to be avoided in the future NOT to press charges or fight.. just be professional really. Shame on her. Not recommended. Staffs are great even more improvement needed.

We were in urgent need of a vet and called around to vets in the area. We spoke with a kind receptionist who helped me with all of my questions of pricing and procedures. They had the lowest prices and were so empathetic on the phone. They were able to bring us in that day. They are located right before BB's grocery store. The parking lot is small, but we were able to park our minivan and truck there easily. We were welcomed right away as we walked in and the nurses were so helpful in accommodating our big family and our sick dog. They made us comfortable in a room, brought blankets for our large dog as well. After evaluation our dog needed to be euthanized. They walked us through the procedures and all their options and totaled the prices for us to make the process as easy as possible. We did not have to wait long after we made our decision. The doctor also was so helpful and sweet. It made everyone else in the family very calm and deal with the mourning better. We were so pleased to have come here and I am glad they took care of us so well. If I'm the future we get a dog, this is the place where we will come. Thank you

This isn't my vet but I took a friend's barn cat here for her and they were wonderful. The doctor was kind and caring and could not have been nicer to this little barn cat. I was very pleased with everything including the staff. They all obviously care about the animals and were happy to engage me in the process. I am one of those pet owners who doesn't like it when my pets are not able to stay with me and I'm not part of what treatment is going on. This practice was great. Although not very close to where I live I'm thinking of establishing my pets here. Also I thought their prices were fair for what they did for this cat.

I truly appreciate Dr. Casey Kurtz and their team. I've been taking my dogs there for years, and they always treat us with love and compassion. Dr. Kurtz has consistently proved top-level care for my dogs. I would trust her with any issues that arose for my pets.

I have been a show breeder for 24 years . I have used Country Companion for reproductive services only because my everyday go to vet practice does not offer most reproductive services. I been a PT client of Country Companion for 10 years or more. I have no idea who took over recently but the Dr’s over step their boundaries. I have AkC champion and grand champion dogs . All OFA and DNA tested. Yet , I come in for progesterone and I am told they won’t do it on my b**** because she has a prolapsed vagina ( I will attach photo ) she absolutely was not prolapsed. Another b**** they said they wouldn’t run progesterone on because she had stenotic nares . Meanwhile , over the years I sat in the waiting room and watched puppy farmers come in there with their dogs to breed . I am not asking Dr ….. for her permission or evaluation of my dogs . I have AKC judges and OFA for that . I am paying for a service .

We love this organization and cannot say enough great things about Country Companions. They are always kind, caring, and call after we have been there to check in on our dogs. They may be small but they performed a barium X-ray to diagnose megaesophagus in our Great Dane puppy. They gave us great resources and praise the work we have put into caring for all of our dogs. Thank you all so much for being the veterinarian facility that any animal lover deserves!

Can't seem to get the prescription right yet when i call in for a 3 month supply i mean 3 months all at one time not divided over 3 months .every 3 months i got to play this game of calling the pharmacy and the vet to see who is doing it wrong and i believe it is the vet every time.so discussed. Ughhhhh

Worthless drs and staff. I called to get an appointment for a guinea pig that had fallen ill and they basically told me they wouldn't have availability until after the animal died so I should take it to west Chester. I'm so disappointed that they wouldn't make time to see an animal in need. You took an oath to help animals in need and you seriously let our little girl down.

I have always had great experiences at Country Companion Animal Hospital. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have always been able to accommodate my scheduling needs. I always feel welcome and that they care about my dog as much as I do. I recommend all of my friends and family to take their pets there!

I do like this hospital in the terms of it being a decent vet hospital in the area...but, as I had discussed over the phone and in appointments - I wanted to breed my health tested dog.. They never told me I had to do timings in order to receive a c-section in case of something going wrong. I think that's kind of wrong because I was in contact several times and had several mentions of breeding and nothing was mentioned UNTIL the time of the ultrasound so it's kind of distasteful to me so not sure if I will be sticking with them in the future.

Front desk help, Monica, has a miserable attitude. Not a smile out of her! When asked a question, she looked at me and snarled a one word answer. Not the kind of person I want to deal with. Vets are great though.

We were very happy with our first experience at Country Companion. We were pleasantly surprised and relieved that they had such accommodating hours on Saturday. We were able to call on Friday afternoon and get our cat in the next morning. We really loved Dr. Jones. She was friendly, professional and obviously really cared for the well-being of our girl. She was extremely thorough in her exam and explained everything to us that she was doing. It made us feel valued as pet owners that she cared enough to tell us what was going on every step of the way. Since we just moved to the area we were concerned about finding a vet we were going to be comfortable with. We will most definitely be bringing all three of our kitties to the team at Country Companion.

We were customers of Country Companion until Oct. 6, 2017. I had an emergency situation with my senior dog Snuggles. After being passed around on the phone to 4 people, they finally told me they couldn't help me. We have spent thousands over the past 20 years, and I didn't appreciate the way they handled my emergency! I now live approx. 40 min. from their office, and still continued to go there. Their customer service has greatly decreased since Carla Narducci has left the practice. I indeed found another Vet, as they told me too. This situation occurred at 9:30 in the morning.
