Look, you’re not going to set the standards for your repairs, Ciocca will do that. And when you see the results, they will have exceeded your expectations!

Refused to estimate repair cost until I signed their Authorization of Repairs, Power of Attorney, Direction to Pay, and Authorization for Payment documents. I did not. Will go elsewhere.

Employees were very polite and helpful to deal with after an accident and a crazy mom. I liked their patience that I didn't have with my mom. I would definitely recommend Ciocca Collision.

Approaching 2 weeks for a 4 hour job…had other issues but Seth stepped up and went above and beyond to set things right. No complaints about the quality of work.

Fast, efficient service! They were quick to assess the damage on my car, parts were ordered and received timely. When I took my car back for the parts to be installed it was a minimal wait time. Granted it was just a piece of trim and not extensive damage, but I was still very satisfied with the service.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I've never experienced such blatant negligence and unprofessionalism as I did at Ciocca.I was involved in an accident mid-May that was entirely not my fault. The other driver's insurance company recommended I use Ciocca as they were close to me and were partnered with them as it would give me a guarantee of the repairs and make the process easier. That couldn't be further from the truth. It took some time for the repairs to be completed. I was very understanding, as I know it's been difficult to get parts in over the last few years. Jessica kept in great communication with me for the first two weeks but then for some reason the manager, Justin, took over. His communication was not the greatest. He would tell me my car would be done the following week and then never follow up so I would have to call. This again was not a huge issue and I was understanding. My issues really began when I went to pick up my car. I had to go after hours because of my work schedule. When I arrived, I noticed there was writing on my car that I later learned was tagging that they do during repairs. I left the car and left a message with the insurance company and with the collision center letting them know. Justin called me in the morning wondering why my car was still there, so I explained the situation. He told me it would be ready when I went on my lunch break. I went over, noticed the tagging was still there. He took the car back to the shop and when he returned a few moments later said that they must have wiped it off instead of buffing like they were supposed to. I then drove away.About a block down the road, I noticed my lock on the drivers side door where the damage occurred made a strange clicking noise. I immediately turned around and went back in. Justin came out and looked at it for several minutes. During this time a service tech walked over and stated that he noticed this issue earlier, attempted to fix it but couldn't so he let it go. Justin stated a part needed to be ordered and continued to look at the lock not interacting with me anymore and only talking to the technicians. He then stated that it does still lock though, to which I replied that I didn't care. It needed to be repaired since I had just bought this car and it wasn't like that before. He snapped at me and said that he already told me he would order the part.I was instructed by the insurance company to take my car and wait until the part came in. I left again and noticed my alignment, which was supposed to have been done, was off and pulled to the right. I also noticed later that the tagging was still there, just not as apparent. I then called the main office to complain and they had Justin call me a few days later. He was very defensive, rude, and would not let me speak because he kept interrupting me. He told me that he never said it locked and that was his techs, even though I know for 100% certainty it was him. He told me the reason the lock wasn't fixed was because they didn't know if it would be covered by insurance and the alignment was off because they replaced the tire. I'm fairly confident they did not and he lied, but regardless, all I received were excuses and defenses. He told me he would fix my car and buff the entire thing but at this point I didn't trust them to actually do what they were supposed to, and I've switched to a different collision center I've used before and trust to actually fix my car!DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

They did a very good job of fixing our car. It took a little longer than we expected, but that may be because it is hard to get parts right now.

I hit a guard rail instead of a deer with my 2019 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. I bought the vehicle new from Ciocca, so they were the first ones I contacted. From the start, the tedious, inconvenient situation was made easier by the staff. I am extremely particular about any work done on my vehicle and was anticipating having to return because something was not done correctly. I did not have to bring my vehicle back at all. They had my Rav4 longer than estimated, but that was not within their control, and I appreciate how diligent they were with repairing my Rav4. You cannot tell any damage happened to my vehicle even though the final cost was $20,000+ in repairs (mostly electronic because any new vehicle is basically a computer on wheels.) I HIGHLY recommend the Ciocca dealerships and their collision center.Services: Auto body & trim repair

I went for an estimate and ask if I could see the body shop and equipment not a chance. The office manager was very rude about it. I left without an estimate.
