This place is a ripoff. I canceled my contract and my daughter picked it up. He wrote a new contract for her and refuses to change the due date according to her contract. So she pays $100 a month for not even 10 days access to her unit!! I will take my business elsewhere after she vacates the unit!!!!

Awful management stuck in the past. Might as well store your items in a leaky basement. Found pest both bugs and rodents in my unit. Don’t get me started on the mold. Tried to be amicable and just have a conversation and got hung up on.

Excellent customer service from authentic, trustworthy, and caring staff. As a retired professor who has trained and worked at a number of universities, I've moved many times, had various storage requirements, and with that has come experiences with storage companies across the country. Having been a graduate student in State College, PA, and Boulder, Colorado, as well as a professor in Austin, TX, and Athens, OH -- along with maintaining family heirlooms and other long-term items here at home, toward retirement in my hometown of Montoursville, outside Williamsport, PA. Throughout my travels and years spent in different towns, I've not experienced the kind of service from and relationships with any other storage company. The manager and staff are friendly, competent, and accommodating, and they demonstrate great and sincere care for their customers and their customers' property. I couldn't be happier, and I wish I were able to find such good people and companies with whom and which to work, over the years.
Simply put, I couldn't recommend AA Self Storage more highly.

So I came back to Pa from Colorado and I needed a place to store my stuff while I looked for a place to live. This place was great! Reasonably priced. Good location. After I found a place and emptied my storage unit. All my stuff was dry and free of mouse/rat droppings. I was totally satisfied with the service. I would definitely use this place again and I would tell my friends to use this storage facility as well. If you need a storage unit go to this place!

I am very pleased with the service. The manager took his s time and answered all my questions. Never once seemed impatient. Even helped me unload my car. Prices, I find reasonable. I recommend to all my family friends that need storage to check out AA first. ......
