Used MSS as part of our move service to uncrate a large number of high value items/glass/artwork. The team of 4 were superb...super friendly, efficient and took such good care of all our pieces. Having moved many times, this was the best team of people we have dealt with for these type of goods. Absolutely brilliant team.

Yesterday the 08/29/23, we had home Andrew and Jesse (coming from San Diego, CA) to crate our valuable items.The job was done perfectly, sturdy crates perfectly cut and assembled with accuracy !They were nice , professional and very attentive to details, and cleaned the place at the end ,Wonderful team to deal with !

Had the pleasure of working Arron and Andrew and couldn't say enough good things about these guys. Professional, caring of my materials, and great personalities. Highly recommend the service. Andrew even walked me through the full process of building the crate and allowing me to ask questions along the way. Great experience.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by MSS. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional & provided excellent care of my mother's baby grand piano during her move from Texas to W. Virginia. We highly recommend their service to anyone considering a move.

It was clear that the team that was sent out to my house to put my treadmill together had no idea what they were doing. The first time they came out to my house they said my treadmill was missing bolts. I unpacked my house looking for them and I went to take pictures to calm the loss and the bolts were all there. When they came back out they had no idea how to put it together I had to show them, then they called me up again to help them and tell them how it goes together and I left them too it I heard them dropping my treadmill parts. I checked it out after they left and they took four bolts they couldn’t get in so I had to call them to bring my bolts back. As I was putting the bolts in this morning I noticed they didn’t even run the electric wire through the arm to power the treadmill, now I have to have another technician come back out again. I would never use your company again and I will advise others at Drum not to use your company.

We worked with this company to secure a take down of specialty drapery with limited timing. They gave us good pricing and were readily available as we needed. Things went ultra smoothly even in a the limited time frame. Richard Jans was very helpful and kinda and made sure we felt valued he was available even after hours without complaint and when the timeline got even shorter was able to make things work out for everyone. Kim Arean was on site and made sure everything went smoothly as well.

Avoid this business!!! A horrible experience!!We moved from GA to VA two weeks ago, they helped to packed my two 65” TVs. Here is my experience and review:(1) They did not disclose the pricing quote prior the service, just kept emphasizing that the service was covered by the relocation package, and I was not told the unpacking will be charged separately until the TV was delivered by the moving company.(2)Poor customer service, extremely slow responsiveness. After delivery, No body came or communicated for unpacking service, I reached out at least 8 times within a week and got no response at all!(3)when finally get connected, they assumed that everything was the customers fault (but ironically the apologized for the miscommunication would like to give us a small discount!) AND all they cared is how and when I will make payment while pretend to not see any questions I wrote in the email AND refused to unpack if we won't pay AND claimed to not be responsible for any damages if we do the unpacking ourselves (and that's why my TVs packages are still unpacked after 2 weeks of arrival)(4) Additional hidden cost that they do not communicate out prior to the service, service call cost $85 for packing and $85 for unpacking (or $85 for each TV I do not know) which I was told afterwards(During the so-called service call, they just called me to ask for the size of the TVs)I rarely wrote up negative feedbacks but this time I feel so upset with 3-day back and forth email with MSS. Am I insane to pay $840 for packing and unpacking two 65" TVs I bought 2 years ago with $1200 if I was told the full unhidden price in advance? I would not call it a rip-off but just want to warn any potential movers to be prepared in advance. Moving is not easy and do not waste your time on such things.AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH AND PLEASANT MOVING PROCESS. To whom it may concerned, I will I kept all the email communication and will submit complaints to BBB as well.

The MSS teams both in CO and GA were wonderful to work with! They took great pride in their work and were a delight to have in our home! I highly recommend MSS and will continue to do so! Thank you to both teams of workers!!! Thanks also to the excellent attention that the staff answering phone calls provided about the crating and uncrating processes and time frames and made sure that we were happy with the final results. MSS, you are the BEST!

A more horrific experience than I had imagined possible when I first contacted them. And one that I thought unique until I read the myriad of 1-star reviews left for the MSS crack customer service team. In short they are every bit as slimy and unresponsive as has been well documented. But did you know they are also without an ounce of shame or honor – my breaking point was their attempt to throw my 80-year old mother under the bus, baselessly placing blame on her for their ineptitude, and that was just the most egregious of their laundry list of pathetic excuses. Absolutely disgusting how far they will go to avoid taking responsibility. An entire case study could be written this experience with MSS, working title: 'How Not to Do Business or Conduct Yourselves'. Caveat emptor

Tom and Fletch were meticulous at origin. Totally professional and worked with great care. They showed great pride in their work. At destination, Gregor Cavalera and his assistant (from Shamrock) were extremely polite and careful with my harpsichord and clock. MSS has a well-run business and kept me informed at every step in the process. I wish there were more companies that our so motivated to provide superior service. Bravo!
