Fan of this location. Got an excellent $19 haircut (only) from Anastasiia. Went for a high and tight summer haircut on a 0 setting and was in and out in about a half hour. Checked in on their website, selected a stylist and showed up. When you get there, you can tap in your phone number on the check-in iPad. Next-ups are easy visible on a flat screen TV. I always appreciate this location because the place is super duper clean and the stylists are sociable and kind in my experience. If you tip, do cash. They carry American crew hair products.
Stylist: Anastasiia did a great job and gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time.

Walked in, nobody at desk, can see 3 employees sitting in the other room... a 4th person (who sounded like she was cutting someones hair) yelled from back "Did you sign in online?" No, I reply. "Sign on the pad in front of you." So I did. Waited a few minutes, none of the employees would look at me, they just continued their conversation. Nobody said anything to me like how long I needed to wait, or please have a seat or anything. Not another word. I just felt like it was poor customer service, like I was bothering them. I realize maybe they had appointments and couldn't take me right away, but just an acknowledgement would have been nice.

I took my 11yr old son in for a spur of the moment haircut today Brittani (I believe her name was) did a great job on his cut and in his words. “Didn’t hurt me” combing out his curls! He loves his hair!! Thanks!

I showed up at 5:15 for a haircut and I was told that they were at capacity for the day. Perhaps they should change their hours to 5 o’clock instead of six.

This place is awful which is a shame because I've enjoyed just about every other location I've been to. If you make a reservation you're going to wait 30+ min. Without checking in online its well over an hour. I've been there when it was empty and they still will wait for the people who checked in online. If you try to account for the bad waits by checking in before you show they'll cancel. The Great Clips next door is fast, friendly and professional, its no wonder they're always packed and this Sports Clips is often empty.

Was impressed with my sons cuts until the.LAST one. The stylist started telling me no about the cut for his hair. He has 3c curls, and we know how they work, but she insisted we were wrong. She did the opposite of what he wanted for a cut and style, even though we paid for the extra services. His hair was HUGE. I didn’t scream because I didn’t want to hurt his feelings. She was horrible.

I think the photo says it all.But I'll have to note that I asked to nOt use razors at the beginning. After a while the girl asked if she could just trim at the ears and back with the razor and I agreed since it looked like she really had a hard time cutting hair... apparently she's done a few first haircuts I'll also add that they usually cut my husband's hair - which is the generic men's haircut - well.

The hairstylist Ashley is the best I have ever gone too. I am EXTREMELY picky about who cuts my hair and she is the only one I trust within 1000 miles of Pittsburgh. She not only gives the most fire fade around but she is a blast to talk to the whole time. She makes you feel at home every time you are in her chair. She remembers who you are, its like she picks up the conversation right where it was left off the last time. It would not matter if her wait was hours long......she is worth waiting for! You don't just leave with the best cut you have ever had, you feel like you leave with a new best friend too!
