I love this store. All the staff were helpful. The woman who uses the translation tool is very sweet. She helped me pick out a gift for my fiancee and explained everything in detail. I love going to the store when I come to the mall.

I already have issues with going out in public. The last thing I really needed was the owner showing me the teas and acting kind, then saying "You should drink a lot of green tea, you'll loose a lot of weight" while looking up and dow. at me condescendingly. Both my friend and I were stunned at this. We wandered around the store since I still wanted to look and then promptly left. I was considering purchasing a statue and my friend a tile set. I will not be stepping foot in here again.

Very helpful, friendly staff. My husband bought me a gorgeous silk robe last Christmas ( full length). Today, he bought me this adorable good luck cat that was a moving arm that looks like it's waving.

The owner was very helpful, she had a translator device to communicate with me. The atmosphere was so welcoming. I smiled during my entire shopping and even felt compelled to hug her for helping.

The woman that hadn’t known much english was extremely nice to me and so was all the staff, they explained to me what the products had meant and the meanings behind them. And they had also given me a discount. It’s a really beautiful shop.
