Came to return items on 06/28. After looking at the amount noticed that I was missing at least another 60$, went back to the store to recount. I spend almost an hour in store trying to explain that numbers don’t add. The manager was very confused since the cashier made a mistake but was able to figure out things after 40 minutes. I received my money back at the end, although the cashier who made a mistake nor a manager did not apologize that I wasted an hour in the store and had to look like a fool explaining that I am missing another 60$ on the receipt. It was not my fault at all. I came to shop with my mother and instead spend most of time at H&M trying to get my money back. Not sure I’ll be back there since the cashier does not seem to pay any attention to what she is doing, and not even able to admit or apologize. I got a migraine right after the store from all this counting with calculator with the manager, I feel H&M owns me for all this stress I had to go through to return MY money.

Store is always organized and clean. Dressing room is clean. They keep up with the trends.

Fair prices and nice, large, open space. Great stock and variety of clothing. Staff was friendly as well!
