Went in to open an account on one of my only free times. It was 11:37. Was told they were closing at 12 and they didn't have time to serve us. No worries! You won't get our money!

Gayle Cindric was absolutely horrible to me and my family exercises no professionalism at all. Was very insulting and aggressive really just a bad person to represent any business.

Unable to make a cash deposit. Why is that always a issue at Citizens. Put money into my Huntington account. This happens a lot at Citizens!

My Business credit card has had fraudulent charges at least 4 times, requiring a new card each time, which can take a minimum of 10 business days. I was transferred to the Fraud department, which was of no help. I have been with citizens for over 25 years, but after confirming my id, they refused to send me a replacement. I would have to drive to a branch and show my driver's license. I have never had to do this in past fraud cases. By all means, AVOID Citizens bank. Their security is the worst of all banks and slow to investigate fraud. Just today received my statement that had $880 and $781 in fraudulent charges on Priceline. I have NEVER used Priceline. Now I will have to wait for who knows how long until the scam charges are removed from my account. Citizens is the worst!

Amazing branch! I opened an account here and it couldn't have been any easier. Everyone was so nice to me and I would recommend Citizens to anyone.

Don't do it. Find another bank. They are pushing their products like snake oil. Try closing an account and it is like they are putting their child up for adoption. I could go into great detail but I am so frustrated now I think it would be two pages. Just heed the warning. Find another bank

Best citizens bank I've been too everyone is really nice, idk why some of you hateful folks leave bad reviews. If your life sucks like mine don't take it out on others by clearly saying false things. i come here alot and never had a single problem and the workers at the desk are nice. 10/10 and screw your guys leaving bad reviews.

Monroeville branch is the worst bank I've ever dealt with , I have never had a smooth transaction at that bank they have shorted me at the ATM drive-thru, they have given my new debit card numbers to people with old debit cards, the manager there ignored me when I tried to explain a problem to her. So I have taken out all my money and I will never have any more dealings with Citizens Bank.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location today. The long-haired red-headed gentleman, whose name I did not catch, was very helpful and kind. Will come to this location again for my banking needs.

This bank stole from the elderly helping themselves to a monthly maintenance fee for years before they were forced by the state of PA to notify the account holder of a dormant account. Appeals to their management to refund the fees were ignored as i hear they are on commission and any refunds affect their commissions. They are a shady bank and need to be investigated as i'm sure this is not an isolated case. Do not bank with Citizens! * The one star is only because you can't post anything less

Company has very poor communication. I would never refer any business to Citizens. They do everything they can to establish an account with you. The moment you sign your signature cards. The relationship completely disappears. If you are a small business I would suggest working with a bank that specializes in business banking.
