We purchased our 2024 Buick Enclave at # 1 Cochran. The first person that greeted me was Donna at the front desk. She was very helpful and kind.
Erik was great, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his low pressure approach to the sale. He was patient in answering all my questions.
Jo Jo was very helpful with a title change that needed to be corrected.
And lastly Bryan in service was very helpful in answering our questions and providing updates at our last service appointment for an oil change and installation of a hitch for future trips.
Great team at Cochran and would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from these folks.

The worse ever will not take my car there for services. They keep your car there for months without communicating to the customer. You make several calls with concern about your vehicles. No one answers and or returning your calls. Staff there are rude and arrogant toward customers. They have no compassion toward customers services. Then I was over charged and 2 months later I received a refund in my account. What happen to customer come first!???. They gave me back my car after 3 months that was unfinished of what I needed to be fixed to my vehicle.
