A friendly face would go a long way - the gentleman at the desk was visibly disgruntled throughout our interaction, and he stopped to complete a phone call in the middle of it, with the caller on speaker while giving sensitive information. 3 stars as I was able to make a shipment, the hours are good and my shipment was successfully delivered.

There wasn’t a description option that matches my negative comment; I took an envelope to thislocation a week ago and the person behind thecounter was unable to create the shippinglabel. I stood there 10 minutes while she attempted to add a return address in the software. She was apologetic and phonedsomeone for assistance. By this time I had to leave since I had an appointment. Went back thefollowing day and the woman was behind the counter again. She proudly announced she had successfully created my shipping label.I checked the address and she had entered an incorrect Maryland zip code and had it going to the wrong address. I told her I was going elsewhere to ship the envelope.
