I absolutely love Custom Care in Milton! Their entire team is beyond amazing. Paul the pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgable and their technicians are just as amazing! The red head and long haired brunette are always extremely kind and have everything ready for me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Custom Care!

As someone who is terminal, and has dealt with MANY pharmacies, I can honestly say I'm beyond thankful to have found Paul and Custom Care. I have never been treated with as much understanding, dedication, and respect as I have here. I recommend them to everyone and mean it with my entire heart. For the first time in my entire life I don't feel like a burden to my pharmacist, and the communication is top notch!

I went there to pick up a prescription that my Dr sent there. Paul was very rude like he used to be at CVS. He asked if I was transferring other prescriptions there. I told him IDK I can if you aren’t so rude. He continued to be ignorant and tell me they were losing money. I told him to keep his prescription. He was and always will be a jerk. I don’t recommend anyone going there.

They come from Milton to Ashland to deliver my medicine even if it's one one day and another one comes in the next day they'll come back with that one they're wonderful and the people who work there and the delivery people fantastic.

Worst pharmacy ever, gave them all my prescription numbers and didn't even notify when prescription list didn't match. they didn't fill my life sustaining medicine after I gave them the prescription numbers. I will be filing a complaint with governing agency. The staff including the owner were rude and ignorant on the phone and tried to blame my original pharmacy for there screw up.

All I did was talk to them on the phone. And the tone of the woman's voice as she talked to me was so rude she didn't even say goodbye she just hung up. And the day b4 the same lady walked by my husband several times as he stood there at the counter ignoring him. The pharmacist took care of him and when he did. He wasn't very nice either. As he announces it in a loud rude voice to the whole store while talking to my husband. "Did you decide what your going to do. Because there's nothing we can do for you". My husband just took his business elsewhere. He was embarrassed.

This is a great pharmacy! They have awesome prices on prescriptions and the service is always fast. They helped pick a medicare D plan for me and it save me a lot of money. The pharmacist always has my prescriptions ready for pick up when I go in.

The new pharmacist is very rude, loud and has no people skills. I'm afraid he is going to cause people to go somewhere else for there prescriptions. The owner was always very nice but this guy is the total opposite. He shouts your personal information so that everyone in the store can hear it. Very unprofessional. I have talked to a lot of people who go there but are looking into changing to another place for there prescriptions.

I was in there today to grab a few things not to pick up a prescription, but I was in the back and heard the pharmacist all the way from the back say someone's name and the prescription they where getting. He said (Customers Name) are you here to pick up ( prescription name). LOUD. And the customer was 5-6 feet from the front desk waiting there turn. Obviously they knew why the customer was there He had no reason to shout personal information across a pharmacy FULL of people.This is a huge HIPPA violation and very unprofessional! I will not go here anymore because of this If this ever happened to me. Or my family members I would be so angry. Could you imagine if someone had an embarrassing health Condition? And your pharmacist pretty much tells a store full of strangers! I felt so bad for that customer. I wish more people knew there rights and stood up for Themselves. Staff needs training on HIPPA and common courtesy. And customers need to learn there rights and stick up for themselves. A lawyer would have a field day with what I witnessed.
