I had an excellent experience! They had great prices and were easy to deal with. I had an 8am appointment for new tires and was done and out of there by 9am. They went so far as to provide additional information to me regarding a manufacturer rebate making sure that all required information was completed for the rebate. It ended with a hand shake and thanking me for the business which sure beats a chain store. I would deffinitely use them in the future and recommend them to others!

Called to get an appointment for an oil change. Asked if tomorrow morning would work, to which the guy replied "that's not gonna work. We're not a jiffy lube." Whatever that even means. Didn't even give me an option to make an appointment for a different day, as the guy hung up right away. I understand quick turnaround isn't always possible, and that's fine but it was awfully audacious customer service for a place that lost their inspection license, for a time, for illegal inspections. Wouldn't trust them to oil the wheels on my kids skateboard. ??♀️
