Scott was awesome and super helpful! He got my coworker and I a car a day early even though we had not reserved to pick up the car until the next day and was amazing to work with 10/10 customer service!

Went though hell getting a car at the DC location so I was wondering what kind of service we were going to get returning the car. It was actually pretty easy. We pulled up and someone walked up to our car with a tablet. We just left the car with her and were on our way.

They don't have the option of counter bypass, You are forced to go thru the counter.
