I had a terrific experience here! I needed a trailer hitch and harness installed quickly on my Mazda CX5, and all the dealerships were extremely backed up. The mechanic I typically go to was similarly unavailable, so I found Al & Harry's, and I'm really glad I did. First of all, they squeezed me in in just a few days. Second, the job turned out to be a lot trickier than expected, and they still got it done the same day. And third, they needed to cut part of the bumper to install the part, which I knew about in advance, but instead of just smoothing out where they made the cut, they actually added some custom made trim, so it looks like it came from the factory like that! I would be happy to bring my business here again.

They keep appointments, work quickly, double check to make sure issues are resolved. They notice issues which will present future issues and address them right then and there. Very efficient. I am impressed

The owner of this store is one of the most difficult people I’ve dealt with in this industry. I was cursed at and told to go F myself at the store today. The owner said “that’s just how I do things”. They overcharge for services that can be provided for much cheaper just down the road. I would highly recommend against using this shop. The work is questionable and the service is even worse. Do not go here!!!

These guys are absolutely THE BEST. I got a flat tire in the city and they talked me through what to do. When I got the car to them they replaced the tire (it was shredded) first thing the next morning and checked all the other tires. Every time I call they are able to get me in immediately. They work quickly and always do an amazing job! I have complete faith in them, including all pricing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They fd up my van that I drove it to them, they had it for 4 days,was to fix gas leak on fuel rail, they did work that was not authorized by me made van run worse than when I drove it to them,the van is not even road worthy now,let alone I'm out of alot of money, can't use the van at all now it was a bucket van that I used for work dont use them not trustworthyService: General repairs & maintenance

my wife was stranded (we live In jersey), she pulled In with a flat and even though they were closed the last guy closing the place was willing to help and got her back on the road In a short amount of time. we've since been back just because the staff was so friendly and reasonable. wish I could rate It higher

Incredibly rude and unkind staff. Had an incident today as I was driving for doordash - I had an issue with my GPS and pulled over in the parking lot thinking it was a gas station(there are gas pumps... I thought it was a public station) and I was there (with my hazards on) for 4 mins only to be screamed at by staff to the point where they stood behind my car forcing me to drive away over a curb that would damage my car. Never once was I asked nicely to leave or treated like a human being.The red bearded staff member was incredibly disrespectful and rude to the point ownas scared for my safety. Had he had spoken to me with kindness, an argument to this extent never would have happened.Ladies... Do not go here. I would not feel safe with a man like this. Hopefully the rest of the staff is nicer.
