I attended Accel for several years growing up. All of the teachers were caring and passionate, especially Mr. Pak who went out of his way to help as much as possible. Accel stayed open hours after classes were over as many students continued to study until parents picked them up. My SAT scores increased significantly because of Accel which led me to university and a career that I love very much. Thank you Mr. Pak and staff!

Dear Mr. Pak and Mrs. Parris,I hope this message finds you both well. I’m not sure if you’ll remember me, as I was an SAT-prep student at Accel almost 14 years ago. I recently received positive feedback on a research paper that made me reflect on how well Accel prepared me not only for the SAT, but also for life after high school.I ended up doing fairly well on the SAT (800 math/780 reading/780 writing) and SAT II math (800) and physics (800) and was accepted to Brown’s combined BS/MD program. In undergrad I triple-majored in math, philosophy, and biology and, following medical school, I continued my training at Harvard’s neurosurgery residency program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. I also obtained a master’s in biomedical informatics from Harvard Medical School, and I work on research implementing statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze clinical and financial outcomes.I still remember some of the pictures from my vocab flashcards when I’m writing (the one that vividly comes to mind now is the “maladroit” elephant), as well as some of Mrs. Parris’s phrases (“Being” is bad!). Accel gave me the confidence and tools to address many of the academic challenges I have encountered – I often tell my mom that sending me to Accel was one of the best decisions she made. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity I had to learn from both of you.

My son did not take an SAT or PSAT before taking the Acel Academy SAT prep course. But he achieved high scores on his first two tests, and I think that this was partly due to the instruction and practice he had during the Acel Academy course. Thanks so much for this quality preparation for taking the SAT tests!

We recommend this Academy to help improve SAT scores. The one month summer program is really intense. It is not for the wishy washy or faint hearted! It is boot camp for SAT prep. My son went to the summer camp and it was really hard for him. But it helped him a lot and we are thankful to this Academy.

With tons of help and great patience from the teachers in Accel, I was able to get into the school of my choice. After attending NYU and a successful career in Wall Street, I met and married my wife.Now many years later, my children are attending Accel. The work maybe difficult but one can't argue with success. Both of my children recieved 1500+ scores and learn the discipline necessary to do well in school as in life.Gratefully,Thank you

Throughout my whole life I went to this school and was filled with knowledge and experience for the SATs and other subjects. When I struggled, I would look up to them for help and they helped me reach my goals. Without these teachers, I wouldn't have been able to be able to get a scholarship or get into college.

Attending the in person SAT preparation sessions this summer helped my son stay focused and improve his test taking skills, especially in reading comprehension. He has really benefited from the guidance of the instructors at Accel Academy.

Thanks to Accel Academy’s summer online lectures last year,On the first SAT test on December 5, last yearMy daughter scored higher than she expected.In English, she improved her skills in writing and readingIn mathematics, memorizing important formulas helped a lot.On the PSAT test she scored less than 1,200, but on this test she scored well over 1,400. This remarkable result was thanks to the excellent teachers and lectures at Accel Academy. Thank you so much again.

I highly recommend Accel Academy for anyone looking to significantly improve their SAT scores. The academy utilizes genuine SAT tests and examples to increase your scores but also improves your test taking skills and time management. The teachers were incredibly helpful and this was certainly worth the time and money as my score improved by 250 points.

I have sent all of my sons to Accel Academy and every time I have seen tremendous improvements across the board for their SAT scores. Attending Accel Academy this summer was definitely worth it. My score saw a drastic change from the beginning of summer to the end of summer. Not to mention, the teachers at Accel Academy are extremely knowledgeable, sharing many SAT tips and tricks. I highly recommend attending Accel Academy for anyone looking to get a high SAT score.

We love Accel. The teachers really know how to teach SAT materials. At the beginning of summer, my daughter tested at 1300 (700 English and 600 Math). She took the December SAT and she got 1520 (750 English and 770 Math). She’s so happy she never has to take another SAT exam.

Accel Academy is definitely worth the investment. They patiently explained the different program tiers and it was clear that they were not trying to up sell or convince you to pay for the more expensive programs. It does take strong commitment from your child since the Academy does load them up during the week with homework/class work. But in the end, she scored a near perfect score on her first try. Extremely pleased and will definitely be recommending to everyone.
