“I would give 10 stars if I could! Lay, the young lady who assisted me provided amazing customer service. She was so kind in helping me to figure out solutions for safely packing my belongings. She went out of her way to help again and again. She fixed a truck rental reservation issue that I had. And throughout my lenghty visit to the store aquiring moving supplies of all sorts, she continuously demonstrated absolute professionalism. Even when a demanding and rude couple repeatedly interrupted her while she was helping another customer. While they were being unkind to her, she maintained a positive and professional attitude and was courteous to them despite their appalling behavior. I absolutely recommend this location and commend Lay specifically for exemplary customer service going above and beyond the call of duty. After my completely useless experience at a different uhaul location the previous day, her kindness, helpful attitude, and courtesy were a true blessing.”
“The staff at this site was exception both at pick-up and drop-off. I accidentally left my laptop bag in the truck (with my laptop in it) when I returned the truck. They quickly found it - contacted me (I hadn't realized that I had left it in the truck). They secured it in the office for me and we're so great when I got back to retrieve it. They were also kindly worried about a cup that I had left on the curve while doing my online check in. Another driver had jumped the curve and hit it. Fortunately the cup was fine.
I rent trucks frequently for work events. I have used a dealer much closer to my home typically. However, your staff was so amazing that I am going to use the Chester location from now on. It is close to my work storage unit, but your staff are what won my business.
Also, the trucks are always clean and the site feels safe and secure.
Phil was amazing at both drop off and pick up. So good to contact me and keep my laptop bag safe.

“Good for giving you're truck away that's sitting right in front of you because you were late and telling you they have nothing else the 10 minutes later tell you a truck is ready saying ok the 1 you originally had held is the 1 they end up giving it to you anyway so I guess they were breaking my stones or no one came for it after they gave it away. “I could NOT be happier w/ my experience! Found out late Sunday (Christmas) that my car wouldn't be available for a trip down south the next day. Jumped on Priceline and found an amazing rental offer from this company; reserved a car, paid and went down Monday morning to pick up rental car. Sue greeted me the minute I walked in (and considering it was the day after Christmas it was a welcome surprise to see a friendly face). The transaction was so quick, I was barely there for 15 mins; from the minute I walked in, Sue asked for the car to be brought around, she had all the forms ready, swiped my card and off we went! Car couldn't be cleaner, newer or nicer - truly appreciated the fact that the car was reliable and I didn't have to worry about my trip. Thankfully the return of the car was just as good! Returned mid-afternoon on New Year's day and Wanda (I think that was her name) was just as kind and pleasant as Sue! I can't WAIT to go on another trip and use Payless!”
