We have been customers of the World Premiere group out of Mechanicsburg, PA for over 21 years. We have utilized their expertise and installation skills for 14 key audio-visual and connectivity projects in our home over that time. We have been consistently impressed and pleased with their ability to listen and address their clients’ needs within the scope of what is desired and finding a satisfactory, workable price point, their attention to detail during and after project install, their quick responsiveness to any post-project issues (albeit weeks or months after project completion) and their wonderful customer service mantra. Attention to details are critical in my field of employment and the World Premiere team always meets and exceeds my expectations. Over the last 25 years World Premiere has helped us with two of our homes in Pennsylvania. They worked with us when we built our second home we were very pleased with the systems installed. When we moved to Florida they helped us with our house there as well. We are so pleased with their prompt service and professionalism.

We have worked with World Premiere for more than 20 years. They initially installed a surround sound system for us, then as technology improved, they made multiple updates and improvements to our system over the years. When we recently moved and reached out to them requesting solutions for our new home, they promptly designed and installed a home entertainment system into existing cabinetry, resulting in a custom built-in look and amazing sound. They updated and activated a whole-house sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers. They upgraded an out-of-date security system, replacing keypads and smoke alarms, and they provided us with gas and carbon monoxide monitors. We could not be more pleased with all of the services that World Premiere has provided to us over the years. Everyone we have met though World Premier has been reliable, knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to work with. We recommend these professionals wholeheartedly.
