I gave them two stars because. the customer service. was fantastic. The quality of work and time it took was not great.
It took over a month to repair a front bumper. They said they were waiting on parts, but that still not acceptable in my book.
My bumper was painted twice and after the second time. I just took my vehicle and left.
The first time around they had to repaint the bumper because they wetsanded and polished it twice. Still looked like crap.
The second time around the bumper had wet sand marks, dirt nibs and a few other flaws. I ended paying them, and redoing the front bumper polishing.
Overall the customer service was amazing, but the quality of work was below subpar.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was forced to go here, because there an approved Tesla Facilty. Otherwise. I would have not taken my car here. It's typical dealership work.

The job that was done was far beyond my expectations. Regarding customer service it was beyond what you could ever ask. I was kept up to date via text messages on a daily basis. The staff that works in the office are very friendly. The appraiser was extremely informative and thorough about what needed to be fixed. I asked if I could have the car detailed after the repairs. The job done by the detail shop was actually shocking. Absolutely no exaggeration, my next door neighbor thought I had the car repainted. The interior was actually cleaner than when I bought the car back in 2016 from the dealership who had leased it. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Car accidents are dangerous and unpleasant, and the stress can be compounded by the body shop experience. Thankfully, Sun Motor Collision Center is different. From day one when I dropped off my vehicle, I received daily updates. Mason, my contact person, was always responsive to my questions.
The team in the shop did an amazing job with color matching. There was a small issue due to parts being out of stock, but that was beyond their control. When I got my car back, it was detailed to perfection and looked like new again.
A special thank you to Mason, the body guy, the mechanic who aligned all the body panels and did the wheel alignment, the detailer, and the ladies at the front desk. The whole team is the best!

Took my Jeep here to get fixed after an accident I was in. They were able to get it in the fastest in the area. They finished it before the time they had originally told me! Everything was done correctly and it looked like it just came off the factory line!! Before and after photos attached

took my vehicle in for an estimate to repair some dents on my driver's seat door and met Dave in collision center. He examined the car and informed me that there was no option other than replacing the door, which would cost me thousands of dollars. I asked him again to double-check if it could be fixed with a repair, but he remained confident, so I proceeded with the insurance claim.After I brought my vehicle to him, the insurance company determined that the door could indeed be repaired without replacement. I was shocked because now he agreed to fix it instead of replacing it. I can't believe how these people try to deceive you. I ended up going through with the insurance claim, even though I could have avoided it if I had known the door could be repaired. I have no choice but to proceed with it. I will be contacting Sun Motors headquarters and Tesla further to report this issue.

Awful. Went to pick the car up for the first time and found 3 paint bubbles in a line on the rear bumper of my M4. No apologies but stated it would need repainted again. Picked car up again and got it home. Found another paint bubble. Not taking it back again. Will call BMW directly for them to suggest another shop.

My tesla was brought in here to be serviced, currently is still in the shop. But when I first brought it in, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Currently estimated repair time the guy told me was 1-2months, this is due to the amount of cars they have in line (also because I was side swept and rare ended, there are a lot more needed to be done). They are very good at keeping me updated with the estimated damage costs as well as the changes being made to the service (such as where I’m in line to being service, disassembly of the car, etc.) I would receive a text message every step of the way, which is a plus! They will fix the damage and ensure that the car is up to Tesla’s standards (this includes sending the car to Tesla for calibration) before releasing the vehicle back to me.

My tires failed inspection and I needed to get the m replaced. The team here found a way to fit me in the next day since my family was leaving on vacation a day after that. It didn’t look like the car would be finished but the technician stayed late because they knew I needed to leave and they found a way to get my car to me. Fantastic service and a very caring team! The service center is awful. 15 fault codes they fix 1. Towed in again 2 weeks later with the same problems. I am told a week to get it in and no loaner cars available. If it was fixed right the last time I was in I would not be without a car. If only I could post the pictures on here.
