Leanne, Bri and Neil are amazing. Buying a home can be the biggest blessing or a heavy burden if done incorrectly. It was evident that I had the best choice working with Team Via because each member has played a vital role in communicating during the process of home buying. This is the second time I used Fairway for the mortgage process and they make it so unbelievably easy. Leanne, Neil, and Brie are always available to answer our questions and helped us stay on top of what we needed to give them. They make it so easy sending videos and emails explaining. Neil even came to signing just to make sure everything was all squared away. I highly recommend Fairway and will use them again in the future!

This was not our first rodeo with buying a home, but it was definitely the easiest and less stressful with Leanne and her team at Fairway Independent Mortgage. Dealing with a local company that isn't so commercialized means your business is with people who stayed in contact (phone, email, text, whatever) with us. My husband is layed back and I'm the hyper worry wart that stresses out easily. With this team, I did not freak out one time about anything. They are on point, make sure all the paperwork and ducks are lined up and they get the job done with a quickness. Their clients are their number one priority.
