I use this garage because he is the best priced and never had any problems before. When I called last week to make an appointment for brakes and rotors, I stated I would drop it off in the morning, go to breakfast and then be back to pick it up. To which he agreed would be fine. I drop my car off a little after 8. He wasn’t there yet. I left a note in the door that I would be back around 930 and to call me with any problems/concerns. I pull in around 940 to pick it up. He is instantly rude and continues to tell me he didn’t get to it yet and I never told him it needed to be done at a specific time. I work 12 hours night shift and haven’t slept yet so I’m not going to wait longer and I specifically drove 30 minutes out of my way for his service. And although there was no “specific time”. Going to breakfast also isn’t an all day event. We’ve had this same arrangement before and it wasn’t an issue. I will never go back and I’ll pay a little extra money elsewhere from now on.
