Me & my husband memeber for 5 years it wasn’t great & I was there few days ago asked the gay when it’s gonna open the pool & hot tub then he told me permanently close because of financial problems.

Always a issue for someone to open at 5 am. At least once a month no one shows up. I will soon cancel my membership. Still a issue with opening the place at 5 am.Going to cancel membership. 2 days in a row no one showed up to open .

Good facility, good hours and good staff. Only thing holding it back from five stars is the fact that the safety bars are not adjustable on the squat rack, requiring you to take several back to leave the squat rack so you can reach full depth (I'm only 5'8", for reference, and the squat rack safety bars are about 2-3 inches too high for me).

I enjoy la fitness and haven't been a member since 2020. Was excited to come back and play basketball to workout. After I signed up, went to ask for a ball and the guy says they do not have any and are not going to due to them being taken. Yet all the other la's in the area have no issue with basketballs. This was a mistake of a club...

Staff is doing what they can, but unfortunately, the LA Fitness downward trend continues. Due to the travel demand of my career, I stop at many LA Fitness locations country wide, and it seems like every place I've been lacks cleanliness and the basic asentals like toilet paper and hand towels.
From what I gathered, the grand name is the only attractive thing about this establishment. It greatly lacks corporate oversight.

Low usage?! It's pretty hard to use the pool when it's closed most of the time.

Gym has completely turned around. It’s under new management and things are getting fixed and cleaned way more than it was 6-7 months ago, been very impressed with the progress. If you need a personal trainer I Highly recommend Kris, he knows his stuff!

I'd leave no stars if possible.. pools been closed for going on 4 months and now they are closing it permanently due to lack of usage yet every time I go to get a swim in after my workout I'm forced to wait for a lane to open. Seems like they're taking the cheap way out.. should lower costs of membership if they're not going to offer what people are paying for.
