“Originally I was going to leave a 1star review for the lacking in customer service I received/ experienced today. This was my first time coming to FedEx to use their self service printer and between the challenges with that, and the discrepancy in a quote I received, I was ready to walk out without what I needed. However, I’m HAPPY to leave 5 stars solely because of the manager, Wayne! He was so empathetic and listened to my experience and how displeased with the initial interaction I was. Wayne went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this situation correct and easy on me to get what I needed done. “Quick in and out to get supplies. My only complaint is to constatly needing to price match. When the cashier asks " who are we price matching?" I say "You" Online price for the ink I need is $5 cheaper than in the store. So I pay online and a associate needs to pull my order and have it ready for me.....that is cheaper vs myself pulling what I want and going to the cashier. smh.”

“I mail out packages 3 to 4 times a week and for the last 5 years in the area this post office is top notch. The gentleman in charge now is always courteous and friendly. For a small post office they take care of the customers. Should shut down the Middletown town dump or get this gentleman down there so he can show folks how a business is run correctly.”

“Had a freight customer pick-up to take care of, drove on in early in the morning, followed the flow of traffic and parked where I thought I was supposed to go. I asked a few gentlemen where Customer Pick-Up was and they were very helpful and friendly directing me where to go. I popped into the building they pointed out and wow they are so busy here. I asked one more gentleman to direct me to the right office and he actually walked me directly there, friendly as ever. Met with Diane and she was great. She got me hooked up, paperwork in hand, and had yet another friendly gentleman assist me in loading up my car. All in all, great experience in a very smooth running operation, from a customer pickup standpoint.”

Cathy should not be in customer service, one of the most rude and nasty individuals i have met. Only time i ever did have a bad experience was when she was around.”
