Top notch. Went in showed the fella behind the counter what I needed seconds later new part was in my hand. Next day needed something else I made a call they didn't quit have what I wanted but did have an alternative but I declined the alternative got excatly what I needed somewhere else. The gentleman on the phone was polite when I declined the offer and said no problem we understand and we are here if you need us. This isn't my first time coming here and there's a reason I go back.

I stopped in today for a part for my shower (I’m a homeowner)the man behind the counter knew exactly what I needed. He gave me some much appreciated advice. I went home and fixed the problem and everything is great.I’ll be going back in a few days for a few more things for my house

Terrible rude and disrespectful guy literally hung the phone on me. He hung up prior to doing so said I’m alone CLICK… basically wants me to go there to see what he has is stock so apparently I have to drive an hour for a possible purchase. I wouldn’t give them business absolutely not

Didnt have shark bite 3/8 to 3/8 compressions fitting sold me on 3/8 to 3/8 compression fitting didnt have brass shower valve for switching between hose and head shower. Employee a little bit imaptient with me not bad experience but take a minute to talk to talk to customer no one in shop at nearly closing time. I get it
