Yesterday I had the luxury of being racially profiled and harassed at the market after a long day of work by an employee name Lee-Ann or Li-anne. Unfortunately I was not aware this this market only has self checkout lines. While checking out my items I kindly asked for assistance from the employee, she heard me and never turned around but told another employee to assist me. I put an item back that I no longer wanted on the checkout desk, she swiftly came over and took it. But she was so busy when I asked for help right? Oh okay. As I’m checking out my items she’s looking directly at me while I’m checking out my items. I assume she was interested to see if the items were going be paid for…as I’m bagging everything up. She walks over to me after and tells me to have a good night but couldn’t walk over to assist me nor acknowledge me when I ask for help. As I’m leaving the check out line she physically picks up my receipt and attempts to hand it to me!!! Not only is she classless doesn’t represent the Giant company properly but she is rude. Not to mention several employees stated she gets into it with customers all the time! I don’t appreciate how I was treated at your establishment, completely turned off. Luckily the manager and Noor made attempted to make the situation better. Her attitude and how she handled me was completely barbaric.

What a nice clean store! friendly staff and I'm realizing the prices in Pennsylvania are much cheaper than in New Jersey for the same things, so I'll be back!

Their seltzer water is on sale with many flavors. Our personal favorites are vanilla, strawberry, and orange sickle.
Now, don't go buying them out of stock. We have to fill our pantry too

This Giant has beautiful fresh fruits & veggies. They always look so good & are not disappointing. Their baked goods are also very fresh & quite good. Their meats are also fresh & of good quality. I haven't used their pharmacy but hear they are quite reasonable. The storevis always clean, shelves well taken care of & employees friendly. Ample parking daily.

It pains me to write this negative review, as the staff here is truly excellent, but I couldn't find another mechanism of communicating to upper management (I will promptly take down this review once I'm heard). My issue is that the bottled water here is consistently awful! I can't say how many times I wake up feeling wonderful, then consume only a half liter of bottled water from this location, and then suddenly feel absolutely horrendous. This issue applies to, at the minimum: Smart Water, Fiji, & Powerade. For years, I'd travel to other stores instead of this much more convenient spot, to avoid this consistent dilemma. I'd describe it as anti-water; instead of hydrating, it sucks me dry. It has to be some issue in the supply chain or storage, such as it marinating in diesel fumes during delivery. Today is the last straw and the reason for my vocalization: I woke up perfectly fine, consumed only two 500ml Fiji waters from a 6pack, and have been asphyxiating in misery ever since. Thus, there must be something seriously wrong at some point in the process and as this has been a multi-year consistent pattern, I feel inclined to finally complain. It's a shame, because the staff there and everything else is fine!

You have to buy things on sale here as the standard prices are pretty high on a lot of items. Another thing I've noticed is that the product expire a lot faster than they used to. I'm not sure if it is Giant or the distributors, but the dates seem shorter here than at other places.
