Came in today seeking much needed help because my one cat stopped using the litterbox due to stress from my recent move. 2 wonderful individuals helped me locate several products to encourage my stubborn feline to start using the litter box again. Immediately after getting home and setting everything up the mission was extremely successful! The team members in this facility are extremely educated and helpful and I am very thankful and grateful for the information they shared with me! My cat is back to using the litter box and seems much more calm and comfortable! I absolutely love this pet store and the workers and they’ve definitely made me a life long customer!!!

I am a regular customer here at fhe Maple Glen store. And I spend a lot money.The staff are rarely friendly.They do not recognize or greet me.They never offer to hold the door open for my full cart, or retrieve the cart from parking.So, I come go this store for the products not for the customer service. Because there is so little.

This place has friendly staff along with a great selection of food and snacks. My furbaby is in love with the banana treats. The prices are good. I'll continue to come back

Great neighborhood pet supply store in our area. I will never go into a big box store again after finding dogs & cats 2 years ago. Their staff take their time with you if need suggestions or have questions. They helped me pick out a food for my dog with terrible sensitive skin & allergies and their food suggestions helped him and his skin immediately - it cleared with no problems since. Their homemade dog bakery selection is adorable, we buy a “cake” every birthday for our dog as well.

Love this store. They sell natural, holistic pet products that the larger chain stores, like Petsmart, don't. The staff are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a reward/loyalty program. I highly recommend them for all your pets' needs.

My favorite pet store! Always the best products in stock and adorable pet accessories. I used to live in Ambler, and have unfortunately moved away…but I make a stop at Dogs and Cats Rule every time i have clients in the area!

They got better bags!One of the few places you can get raw dog food in the area - they have several freezer cases full! They also have a large selection of raw goats milk products.They have some neat toys but they're a little expensive. I guess that's the price of not being a Petco or a PetSmart though and I'm happy to pay more here.

I went for a variety of kitten food that I had bought at the Blue Bell store. This store did not have as much variety. When I asked the clerk she said all of the stores carry different stock.I was able to get a few of the flavors I wanted and they gave me 2 sample bags of dry kitten food for free at the checkout.

Good variety of food, treats, toys, and supplies. Super friendly and helpful team-- as well as knowledgeable. They also host some very good charitable pet events. I enjoy shopping small, niche, and local here.
